Description
This application includes a wide theoretical framework were is explained how to do the classification of igneous rocks and in which cases can be applied the Streckeisen diagram.
Also, is explained briefly how to use the TAS diagram, a diagram that represent the content of the rock of alkalis in front of silica.
Finally, it includes a practical case, using the raw values of the minerals identified in the rock and how they are grouped to each one of the components of the rock used to represent the values in the diagram.
