Terrible app. I've has issues with a brand new device and told by telstra to download the app for diagnostic purposes. It came back saying it is covered under a replacement warranty and to proceed. The app then faulted and came to a screen saying I needed to log in as it was missing phone spec details but there is not log in section. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and am now getting a new error stating they can't confirm the device was purchased through Telstra. It was.

No way to login with correct details. Tells me my contract started on the 1/1/70. Not sure about that. Another example of telstra doing what telstra does best. Tells you something will work well, then smashes you in the face with a worthless app/network.

Pointless app. Seems to only check the policy settings on the phone....screen time out, lockscreen etc. It doesn't seem to actually test anything.....My phone is giving errors accessing the in built sd card so hoped this app would exercise it and report the problem, but nope. App uninstalled almost immediately....just had to write this review first.

It auto decides number of photos to upload but is not all. For example stated 712 when I have 8500. No way to adjust. It also doesn't back up any files other than contacts calendar photos (not all) and videos not all. Then they say need use this tool to back up files before swap or upgrade phone. No way

This is just another silly gimmick from the big brother commercial wing. Didn't pick up on the broken charge port. It is dysfunctional. ( the app & the charging port).

um...what is THE POINT OF THIS APP? i downloaded it JUST to see when i was due for an upgrade - and it showed nothing, no option to view- zilch! This is nothing but a Waste of YOUR own time, let alone my time - just delete the app from playstore. its embarrassing.
