Application for monitoring and tracking the use of water resources The Declara Water application is a simple tool for the water resources user to monitor and track their water use and connect with the water resources management agency, sending data and photos from their captured volume measurement equipment and receiving reports from the agency manager, for better control and management of water resources. The user must be granted or authorized and the water use authorizations of his enterprise must be previously registered in the National Register of Users of Water Resources (CNARH) by the respective management agency - ANA or state agency depending on the domain of the water body. The user must also have installed appropriate equipment for measuring catchment time (hour meters) or water volumes drawn directly from rivers, lakes, reservoirs or aquifers. The user can access his enterprise with his CNARH system password or his registration at gov.br. When accessing, identify your interferences (water abstractions) by name, type and geographical coordinates. Then, register your measuring equipment by selecting from the list of available options, and record photos of the equipment's display and enter the volume data read directly on the equipment. Optionally, enter pump nominal flow data (registered on the plate) and instantaneous flow data, which will be used as a reference for calculating volumes. Whenever there is an internet connection, the data will be automatically updated.

O aplicativo Declara Água é uma ferramenta simples para o usuário de recursos hídricos monitorar e acompanhar o seu uso da água e se conectar com o órgão gestor de recursos hídricos, enviando dados e fotos de seu equipamento de medição de volumes captados e recebendo informes do órgão gestor, para melhor controle e gestão de recursos hídricos. O usuário deve estar outorgado ou autorizado e as autorizações de uso da água de seu empreendimento devem estar previamente registradas no Cadastro Nacional de Usuários de Recursos Hídricos (CNARH) pelo respectivo órgão gestor – ANA ou órgão estadual a depender do domínio do corpo hídrico. O usuário deve ter instalado também equipamentos apropriados para medição de tempo de captação (horímetros) ou de volumes de água captados diretamente de rios, lagos, reservatórios ou aquíferos. O usuário pode acessar seu empreendimento com sua senha do sistema CNARH ou de seu registro no gov.br. Ao acessar, identifique suas interferências (captações de água) pelo nome, tipo e coordenadas geográficas. Depois, cadastre seus equipamentos de medição selecionando da lista de opções disponíveis, e registre fotos do visor do equipamento e insira os dados de volume lidos diretamente no equipamento. Opcionalmente, insira dados da vazão nominal da bomba (registrado na placa) e de vazão instantânea, que serão usados como referência para cálculo de volumes. Sempre que houver conexão com a internet, os dados serão automaticamente atualizados.
