I always though that DBS PayLah! was an app for all Singaporeans to use regardless of what bank. Ever since Jan 2020 it has remained a service that is onlt for DBS/POSB Account holders to use. Very disappointing and even after 1 year, this has not changed at all. Why bother to advertise to the general public to use your service when some are not able too. This in my opinion is a discriminatory practice that ought to end.

This app constantly freezes on my Samsung Note 9 - I am unable to login. Uninstall and reinstall does not fix the problem. update: received message to turn off my blue light blocker app - now works fine! tks!

I took photos of my IC to verify my identity as requested. Despite the very clear photos, the app still failed to verify my identity and then locked my wallet so now I can't transfer money at all. Terrible experience overall and you should feel embarrassed for putting this out.

Works well. Unfortunately does not allow disabling of just the promo notifications which is irritating as hell. Only can disable notifications all together.

After 5min clicking this app told me "this mobile number is linked to another paylah wallet". what the hell? also no instruction on how to resolve the issue.

This app is useful for paying at Hawkers and other locations that don't accept cards or other payment methods. However, it is slow and clunky. I have used several payment and banking apps in Europe and they are all faster, more reliable and easier to use than PayLah.

Pops up unsolicited marketing notifications all the time. No setting to turn them off. Edit: Right after the developers reply, I received the notification: "Power up your savings....to enjoy 8% cashback....". Please give me an option to turn of these annoying marketing notifications without silencing the app entirely via OS.
