Dalily - Caller ID is an app by e-Sealed in the Communication category. It includes native code only for x86 32-bit, ARM (legacy) and ARM 32-bit, so it won't run on 64-bit-only phones such as recent Pixels.

Since version 6.2.9, the minimum Android version rose from 3.2 to 4.1. It asks for 26 permissions, 10 of them sensitive, including precise location, camera and read contacts.
