    I think that it is important to note that this app is no longer free for life, after 2 sessions it asks you to subscribe. However I had enjoyed my 2 sessions so much that I have now been paying for this app for 7 months. I find the monthly rate cheap especially when I consider the alternative is paying for an expensive gym membership that would probably go to waste. The monthly cost is less than £5 for me and when I consider that 1 class in my old gym was that price I find this reasonable. I have been using the app consistently for 6 months and initially bounced between the Full Practice and Restorative mode for a while, I found I was able to move up from Beginner to Intermediate 2 fairly quickly (this may be in part due to the fact that I spent my formative years as a dancer and despite a 5 year gap I found I had lingering flexibility). The complaints about only getting two sessions are valid however I implore those of you complaining to consider what this costs compared to a gym membership. I now combine this app and Couch to 5K to give myself a full body workout both flexibility wise and cardio. All for the cost of one coffee/ exercise class a month.

    This is my favourite app. It’s extremely well thought out from allowing you to choose the length of the session, the randomness of the exercises and the music choices. And it’s all free! The only thing I would add is perhaps a guided meditation option at the end during relaxation. As a mum of two small children I have found this app the best addition to my busy lifestyle. Thank you so much!!

    I have been using this app for a few years now. Overall, it has been great as it is easy to follow along. The visual guide is great to see what position you need to be in, and the more experienced you get, the more you learn about positions. Very customisable for all skill levels. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is interested in Yoga, breathing, and flexibility.

    I have been longing to find a good, free app to either yoga or meditation, I found this and was completely amazed about how much choice you get with your practice eg. What voice you would like, how fast they speak, if you want more music or voice during the lesson, if you would like to focus more on a certain muscle and much much more! Could not say enough good things about this app! Well done!

    Ok, that might not be completely true, however I have been doing yoga now via Daily Yoga for one year, and I have averaged about 5x a week, which I think is amazing for a home workout app! I feel so great during and after my sessions, and I love that I can customise it to my ability every time (as my ability/motivation changes!). I have also learned that if I put a playlist on Spotify and then open the app, it will lightly play in the background (with the voice setting being at 100%). It’s nice to mix it up with my personal style of music. I love Daily Yoga and I love yoga!

    A discovery in lockdown 01, and has now become part of life that will be every day now. I love the flexibility of how long my workout can be, each time varied and challenging, yet achievable. You can feel and see the difference in your body and posture. The background music is a real bonus, and to do a Restorative session before bedtime is so helpful to a good night’s sleep. Love it!

    I love this app. It is great that you get to try before you buy and it is so reasonable for the amount of exercise classes there are. The instruction is clear and therefore you should avoid injuries as long as you follow what your told. After completing each session I feel more energised and ready to start the day. I have also seen a change in my body, after only two weeks. Hopefully I will be able to stick to it and reap the benefits in body and mind. Namaste

    Recommended by a friend, I wanted to try out different apps to see which was the best for me. One session in and this app by far is the absolute best I’ve used. I’ve come away feeling amazing and getting exactly what I wanted out of the session. I love that you can choose what music/voice you want, feel like that helps so much! Currently doing a free trial but I will definitely be continuing this app!

    This is a great app. It’s so simple to use and for a non-yoga practitioner (me) the pose instructions are really easy to follow. I’ve been using it for about a month now, mostly each morning and evening and I’ve progressed to beginner 2 and intermediate 1 in a couple of the different practices (full, restorative and yin) so I can’t speak to the higher levels of practice it I’m finding the simplicity of the app and the gentle progression I’m feeling is really keeping me motivated to keep going. It is definitely helping with strengthening my core, stretching my back and generally getting me more flexible.

    I’ve had this app downloaded for years, but have never really used it as it was subscription only (and I begrudge paying for apps - who doesn’t want something for free!?). During mine and my partners furlough from work in April (due to COVID), we were wanting to start regular yoga practice, and I opened this app to see that they had made it completely free until the 1st May, so we decided to give it a go - and it’s AMAZING! I have practiced yoga on and off for years with various teachers but my partner is completely new to it, and we both absolutely loved it using this app! It’s so easy to tailor to exactly what you want, without having to follow a teacher/feel self-conscious in a class full of people. All poses are explained incredibly well, and the sessions also account for different levels of ability, and give you constant encouragement and guidance around how to make poses a little harder if you want to stretch yourself. I knew after the 1st May I would subscribe to this app so that I could continue using it, and at £60 for a year subscription (plus subscription to all of their other apps too - which I have downloaded but am yet to try!) it works out A LOT cheaper than the yoga practices I’ve been to before, and you can practice as often as you’d like! Absolutely brilliant app, the best yoga app I’ve found so far, and was great to see them making the apps free temporarily given that gyms/yoga practices had had to close due to the COVID epidemic. Thank you for this app!
