    Have used it for several months now. Love that I can choose sound or music behind it. Great voice narrator - other yoga apps fail in this respect - the voice is clear, soothing, neutral. Love the flexibility; I design my own routines based on my individual needs & change them from time to time - this app allows me to do that easily. The UI rocks- very intuitive and fast. The timing may become ever so slightly buggy occasionally, however, it's easy to edit and/or re-enter an asana, which seems to fix that. Wish it had the option to have the voice say the Sanskrit name instead of the English descriptive phrase for each pose. This is the only yoga app I've ever been satisfied with, and have been able to consistently and comfortably use for months at a time. It has oodles of choices. I've been doing yoga, mostly on my own, for decades - this is the first time I've ever used any kind of program like this, and I really like it. If you use it too, please realize how powerful it is, and be sure to use it safely - never push too far. It would be great if it had entire classes that favored forward bending and minimized back bends. Also the opposite: blocks or classes favoring back bending and minimizing forward bending. Finally, I'd love to be able to add one of the guided meditations onto the end of one of the classes I created either after, or in place of, savasana (and it would be great to have more of these, as they are wonderful)! This is the best yoga app I've been able to find. It also seems to be well supported. Keep up the good work, and thank you!!!

    They've done their best to make the free version useless. Could be worth paying for, but I'm not providing payment info before I see how it works FIRST. Also, as far as I can tell from the tiny amount of free sessions, there's no Chromecast option. Seems like a fundamental feature. Watch on phone or watch on TV??? Seems like a no-brainer. That alone has me pretty confident that it wouldn't be worth the $$$ anyway

    Very easy to navigate. I like how you can cruise through each workout with no interruptions, or you can pause, swipe over to the information page which explains the current pose in your workout in detail, with a video demonstrating the pose as it’s explained. When you are ready you swipe back to your workout and continue right from where you left off, or a few seconds before if you prefer, and keep on cruising through your workout. I’m brand new to yoga so this morning I stopped at almost every pose to be sure I was doing them right to go over instructions on how to do each of the poses. Took a little longer to finish, but I feel so good this morning compared to any other day when I didn’t do any workout. Not only is every pose explained in detail with videos that even tell you when to inhale and when to exhale, there are so many different workouts to choose from. They have each workout labeled from Dailyyoga to advanced and how long each workout takes and calories burned. Even as each pose is explained, it is explained how to do if you need to work yourself up to eventually being able to do the full pose, the easy way if you will. If you want to lose weight or decrease stress, increase flexibility, help eliminate back pain or neck pain, or there is even one workout designed to do before you go to bed at night, and many many more. So whatever you want to work on, there is probably a workout designed specifically for that. I left the best thing I like about this app for last. And that is the price! You can’t beat it! If you go look at other yoga apps you will see how expensive they can get. I’ve tried a few and I have to say that I prefer this one over some of these overpriced apps any day! Seriously! I wouldn’t waste my time or my money on them. This is the only one you need. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I do write them every so often when I come across one that I feel strongly about, good or bad. Right now is a tough time for a lot of people, especially financially with so many people finding themselves unemployed during this pandemic. So I really appreciate it to find an app with the kind of quality that this one has, for free (or low cost) but this is absolutely free. Nothing to remember to have to cancel before a certain amount of time or find a sweet surprise on your bank account that you certainly didn’t want or need (for those of you like me are forgetful). I’m certainly putting them on my list of people to remember when I get back on my feet to send them a donation in appreciation for their generosity to me and for everyone that has benefited from this app. Right now a huge thank you will have to do but forget I certainly will not. Just a reminder though, I’m sure most everyone already knows this, but yoga is great for easing stress, and improving your immunity, which I don’t have to say how important that is for everybody right now. Combined with a meditation daily will certainly not hurt to make this a habit during this crisis. This app deserves more than 5 stars, it needs a gold medal to go along with it! Thank you and may every person who contributed to making this app, my very best wishes go out to each and every one of you.

    I\'m still at it--see older review below--and still loving this app. As I\'m aging, my body backslides with alarming speed when I cannot keep up with my exercise routines. The classes in this app make it so easy to slide back into shape with a minimum of pain and frustration.     Update: the updates are amazing!!!! Falling in even more love with this wonderful app. Still hoping for prenatal, although now I’m due in a week and I’ve been able to make due with modifications and mostly the Gentle, slow setting. Love the added poses and variations. Can’t wait until I have ability post partum to try out the Ashtanga etc. Thank you so much!
