The National Center for Historical Memory, through the Human Rights Archives Directorate presents the DADHAPP, which aims to disseminate material that refers to or documents serious violations of human rights and international humanitarian law in the framework of the Internal Armed Conflict.
With a view to achieving greater protection and access to the information collected, this APP applies technologies and the highest standards for the storage and retrieval of information, without altering documents.
