Completely pointless app, won't even let you create an account. Called customer service and was told this happens all the time and that they have no ability to fix it. As for the "service" offered, it's been the worst experience I've ever had with a company. Charged over $200 without my consent, and took 5 phone calls to fix, because one of the agents straight up lied to me, and another hung up on me. Don't even bother.

This app worked just great a month ago. It quit all together!! My pharmacist suggested uninstalling and install again. GUESS WHAT???? THE SAME THING. Someone needs to figure this out. I cant call and be put on hold forever to get my prescriptions refilled. I had a stroke this app use to be very helpful. WHAT HAPPENED...

If it's possible, the android app is worse than trying to use the computer, via telephone, when a person phones in for a refill.... Apparently no one is testing either system from the outside as a beginner would use it......

Now fails to work. Refill, auto refill, and recent orders screens now show only grey rectangles and are nonresponsive. Worked well a few months ago. Please fix.

App will only open if I force quit it first, otherwise it flashes on the screen for a second then crashes.

New update doesn't work I can't see any of my prescriptions .Are you ever going to fix this app ? Put back the way it was at least it worked then. Now it is a worthless app.

This app is broken. None of the features I've attempted to use actually work. Most present a blank screen. It's useless in its current state.
