This simple customer database application is designed for small companies for easy and secure customer management on smartphones and tablets, separated from private contacts. It is possible to sync your data with a (self-hosted) MySQL server to prevent loss or defect of your mobile device. This also allows to sync the data with multiple devices. In addition to that, it has tools for the EU-GDPR and you can group customers, manage customers birthdays and vouchers, write newsletters, import customers from VCF files, export your data into VCF or CSV files and print a customer record (PDF export). Additionally, this app has a Dark Mode and the ability to save customer images. The app shows you the name of the customer for incoming calls if the phone number is stored in the customer database (caller identification / caller ID). Because of its high flexibility, the application is also often used in non-enterprise areas, such as teachers' management of parent contact information. Additional features that can be unlocked via in-app purchase: -> Custom Fields: also drop down selection lists and sorting by these fields is supported. -> "Input-Only-Mode": Optional activatable mode that allows only data entry. Could be amazing, just needs a few more customisable fields and the addition of some basic ones (such as county under address I stead of just town, option to edit phone numbers with additional mobiles or additional contacts name such as son or daughter or name). I'm a sold trader and started using this to track my customers equipment servicing requirements. An option to add service date to Google calendar or a reminder would be useful. Contacted the developer directly but no reply

All my data is missing!!! I entered more than 50 contacts and the system is only showing 5 contacts. There isn't anyone to contact for support waste of money!!!! It has nothing to do with locating your contact information and everything to do with response I emailed you December 1st when I couldn't find my contacts and I emailed you today with no response from either email.

Too many limitations. No custom fields. No calculations. Google Sheets is more powerful and it's free. What to say more unless you add features people will pay for.

Love the concept, but glitches make it frustrating. You can create custom fields but the info in those fields often disappear or populate from another field. If that was corrected it would be very usable.

Prompted to pay for different options of use inside the app such as file attachment and storage.... after testing these options I found that they were not fit for purpose so wasted my money because the app does not issue refunds.
