We’ve worked hard to include new features to help drivers get trip requests, manage trips, get quick support and update your info all within the Curb Driver app.
New Tools:
- Get ride and earnings info to track your performance
- See your Trip History for both eHail and non-eHail trips
- Chat instantly with Curb Support agents about issues 24/7
- Manage payment options including Debit Card so that you can get paid how and when you want
Notes:
- The Curb Driver app is available only for licensed drivers
- Taxi drivers with Curb equipment will continue to receive trips through the driver information monitor
- If you are a driver in a market that we do not service, email [email protected] to be informed when we expand to your area
- Curb Driver needs access to your precise location while the app is in the background so that Curb knows your location and can send you trip offers.
With Curb Driver, you’ll get more trips and better tips. Easy account set-up and approval means that you’ll be able to get online and accept trips fast.
Payment for Curb trips will be deposited directly to your enrolled debit card or bank account.
*Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
