ctOS Boot Animation (CM11/12)

With the widely-popular game Watch Dogs™ having been released for a while now, I figured it was about time Android users could have that same startup animation on their phones.



READ THIS BEFORE USING!



Use at your own risk! This animation should work with any 1080p resolution screen, but it was only made for and tested with the following phones:



• OnePlus One

• Samsung Galaxy S5

• Nexus 5



IF YOUR PHONE'S RESOLUTION IS NOT 1080x1920, THIS BOOT ANIMATION MAY NOT WORK FOR YOU. Please don't try anyway unless you are prepared with how to deal with any potential bootloops and system errors, I just cannot troubleshoot the myriad of problems that could arise per device and ROM... So if you don't read this warning first, please do not post a negative review on how your phone won't boot now. You should research how to use custom Android ROMs before using this animation meant solely for custom ROMs.



If for any reason your devices fails to boot after using this animation, simply reflashing your ROM zip file in recovery should patch it back and get it working. Not recommended for use with stock OnePlus One CM11S if you have no custom recovery installed, you'll have no way to fix anything other than fully wiping your device...



This app contains a boot animation that is to be used within the CM11 or CM12 Theme Manager, it WILL NOT WORK with any other theme managers. Please check your ROM to ensure it supports either the CM11 or the CM12 Theme Manager without issue.



Unfortunately it seems there is no way to currently implement a boot sound with either a CM11 or a CM12 Theme Boot Animation... I will continue researching this, but as of now the boot sound has been put on stand-still.
