The National Strength and Conditioning Association’s Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA CSCS®) exam is much more focused than the certified personal trainer exam. The CSCS focuses on working with a group of athletes and guiding them through nutrition, strength training, and injury prevention.
