*Courier companies and freight forwarders - quickly locate and check the availability of drivers that use the Courier Exchange mobile app (either your own drivers or other Courier Exchange members).
*Owner drivers and courier companies - advertise your location and availability for automatic load matching and so that other Courier Exchange members can find you on our Live Availability Map and call you or your controller directly.

*Advertise your location and availability*
You can let the Courier Exchange system know where you are and whether you are available for work (or not). Alerts with detail about loads that require collection in the location you are in now will be sent to you or your controller. You have full control over the Courier Exchange mobile app and can stop the tracking or change your status of availability whenever you want.

*Register your journeys*
You can register your journeys directly from the Courier Exchange mobile app using our 1-Click journey registration. Loads are automatically matched with your journey route and notifications are sent to you or your controller.

*Manage your journeys*
If your plans change, you can edit or even delete your journeys using the Courier Exchange mobile app. This automatically updates the Courier Exchange.

*Receive real-time push alerts about relevant loads*
When a Courier Exchange member advertises a load on the Exchange and you are in the right area with the right sized vehicle, you or your controller will automatically receive a push alert or an email alert.

*Receive detailed bookings*
Receive a booking directly to the Courier Exchange mobile app with full details including; contact names, addresses, references, consignment details and any special instructions.

*Update the booking*
Update the booking on the Courier Exchange Mobile app using our 2-tap status update feature. This sends a date and time stamp to the member that sub-contracted the job to you for the 4 main milestones of a delivery; On Site - pickup, Loaded, On Site - delivery, POD.
*POD including signature and image capture*
Ask the recipient to sign for the consignment on the mobile app.  Capture images to support your delivery.  E.g. Gate closed.  Both signature and images are automatically attached to the delivery note in your Courier Exchange diary.

    The app it self if working good, but where is small few thinks need sorting out from job uploaders side, better distance counting, as post code beginning at both sides doesn't show exact distance, and with load measurements should have to be more precision, like weight, length, width, height because sometimes it says small van, but you barely able to fit it in SWB

    The app is almost perfect. You guys must implement an intelligent tracking system. Relying on journeys is bad as I often set future journeys and it can take an hour to get the next job. And the app shows me jobs that are top far away from my location and pickup time is too close. It would be nice if the app could see our location and give us alerts in the area. And I wish you guys made a way to filter any companies that pay in 45-60 days so I could block them all together. One by one is a lot.

    Paid for the year upfront... after a few months couldn't get the work. Asked for a refund for the remainder - no refund given. Rates that they advertisers are expecting are way to low, works out that you end up working for free. Not worth it - I still can't understand how others have made this work for them? This app may be suitable for hobbyist, but not for professional haulage workers.

    Good user interface, but over the last few weeks the notification has stopped, leaving the only option to use the email which can have delays of anything up to 5 minutes sometimes. And the GPS location won't stay on, always shows as off when i click the home button. Sometimes shippers say that they can't see my location, even though i literally showed it moments before. Apart from that... and 60 day end of month invoices, its a pleasure to be a part ofthis network.

    The app is not stable, and I regularly have to delete it and reinstall which takes 100mb of your mobile data and this can affect your mobile plan. Furthermore it does not always give alerts to my area, which results in missed jobs/income. Moreover, I am owed money from a company that the CX has suspended. The only help I was given was to leave that company poor feedback ! Be aware, the CX WILL NOT reimburse lost money. Be very careful, you can spend hours of your time working, & not be paid.

    jobs don't always show on android so had to buy iPhone. service itself has users abusing the backload system. expecting low price quotes but expect delivery asap. cx should not allow this practice. if you put backload because you have a small load then you should allow drivers to sit and wait for extra loads. not put a box going to Czech republic for £200 and then demand it gets there next day 8am. a co load button must be added and it must remove the option of instant delivery!

    recent update has made the app very slow and and is constantly freezing. my tracker is switching it's self off and the app keep kicking me out. I am having to uninstall and then 're instal to get the app working agian several times a day.

    tracking issues not yet resolved !! have had no reply to my emails ... searching for sat (amber light ) gos green for a couple mins then bk to amber not receiving jobs near my location have had to uninstall reinstall app more daily .. and enter map viewer to see if i show up very unstable app !!! £ wasted both on subscribes and miss earns due to time messing with application // writing emails // and not receive jobs in the area 🤔 plus data usage cost daily to reinstall 30 plus timez

    Useful but not without its faults. The ability to search within a specified area would improve things. Often, I'm offered listings that are not relevant to where I am at the time.

    this app was working great until customers requested I scanned the documents rather than using the take photo option ever since then every time I tried to scan a document the app crashes I do not have one of the app on my phone that crashes so it cannot be my fault it must be the app can you tell me how to solve this problem as it is going to start costing me money
