For the past week, I had issues with the app, saying "Unable to sync with server at this time." I've been having to use the website, which honestly is a pain. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, to no avail. Finally, I clicked on the OK button when it gave the unable to sync with server error, then I clicked on the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen. I clicked login, put in my email and password, and now it works. NO MORE ERROR MESSAGE! :) Yay

I have the premiere account which does not expire until may of 2022. I have not been able to sync for 2 weeks. I see this is an issue reading other reviews. I have also uninstalled the app and still the same issue. Very annoying to have to go to the website when I have purchased the premier account months ago and was working fine up until a few weeks ago. Been trying every day still isn't working. Once it's resolved I will change my review. I sent an email to cs waiting on response.

I've been using the app for years with no issues until 2 days ago. It keeps saying "unable to sync". It's only $6/year but given that it IS a paid app, the issue should be FIXED!! I'll change my review when it's fixed. Hoping the developers will see this and fix app. The website with captcha pics is a pain in the neck and I want to use the app I paid for!

Poor instruction to a new user and no way to contact a person...using automated voices that give limited advice that's scripted is aggravating. Also having to wait for a email is annoying and time consuming. I nor "you" (obviously) want to deal with on going BS when all it takes is to the point INSTRUCTION!!!

Have the premier version-well worth $6/yr. No sign-in or captcha required after the 1st time. Very convenient way to keep in touch w/loved one. I just downloaded on an older, but new tablet & can't figure out how to start a new email, but can still reply to email, so not sure what will happen once that mail is full. Mainly I use my phone & it still works there. If you're new to the app, be sure you enable email notification in your acct setting so you accept the inmate invite. Last update 03/19?

I've been using the app for a while and it just recently started to act crazy! Unable to sync, I've Uninstall then reinstall but that doesn't help! Please fix this issue asap! I paid the extra fee and for the app not to work is awful..support hasn't responded yet

My mother, Brother, grandmother and I have all downloaded this App to talk to my Dad but after two days the app stopped working. All 4 of us get the face error message. "Cannot sync to server at this time. Upload to premium for this service" Really? You offer a free program that only works for two days then forces you to pay for premium? What a joke.

App just stop working out of nowhere, once I sign in an error message automatically pops up "error unable to sync" I've allsovtried restarting my device and also Uninstall and reinstall still receiving message, contacted support team and still no response, app been working just fine up until now.

Currently Corrlinks is unable to sync my account, i can not send emails. I have deleted the app downloaded it again, logged in & out. Switched my phone on and off but still nothing. The most frustrating issue is emailing Corrlinks customer service and they do not reply at all. We pay for Corrlinks and therefore we should have active customer service operators who respond to enquiries in a reasonable time frame. What am i supposed to do customer support is failing it's members !

It's been working great up to now, now it says it's unable to sync so it literally won't let me send a message or read the newest ones in my inbox I've tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times but nothing is working so..
