We've fixed some pesky bugs

- Some users didn't see their Outlook account contacts

- Re-positioned the hold button during calls to prevent accidental "cheek-press"

- Drive mode auto-launch closed when enabled from settings, and may asked "is null your car's bluetooth". Not anymore.
