Still Not able to change ticket status, change type, priority, item. Cannot switch boards, change filtered views. Nothing. The app has been rendered completely useless....very very disappointed. And no update to the problem.

This app is basically useless. Any drop down selection lists are empty. Which means any required selections to update a ticket, open a ticket, etc. can't be selected so you can't do anything in the app. Really frustrating it's so buggy.

I used to like using this for expenses and time on the go but now I can't select ticket statuses and time or expense types, it just comes up blank. Reinstalled and even recently factory reset my phone, still not working. The app is practically useless now in my eyes. Is ConnectWise even supporting this app anymore? No updates since December.

Has not worked for a long time now. I can't change the status of a ticket, can't enter time, can't do anything but view tickets at this point. I don't think I can even create a new ticket.

Useless, can't update ticket status or add resources.. screens are blank, not loading, already cleared cache, uninstalled, reinstalled

Connectwise team it wasn't wise to change to the new one. You can see no one likes it. I still use the old one. No way to use the new one. I don't with tons of negative feedbacks still you don't care. Horrible, if didn't have the old version i would quit my job with this new one. Older one has calendar this one shows a long list of jobs you have to scroll to find and doesn't show full job title. Its almost impossible to find a job from last month.

The app is completely useless. I can do nothing with tickets in it, not even add time to existing ones which I created. I just get a generic permission error for everything I try.

I have some problems: -When marking the task as done, I have to mark one by one, in our company we have 20+ task that have to be done and it is exhausting. - in the expenses section it won't refresh automatically, you must click add expense, and go back , an then the app will refresh the whole week. - sometimes when adding a time entrance and saving, it present an error, the way that I have discover how to solve is: clicking all the fields (dates, init time, finish time) and then save.

Unable to make any changes on the ticket and can't even choose any on dropbox option. Tried reinstalling the app, but still won't work. Tried contacting support chat, but start chat button is missing. Tried installing the connectwise chat windows application, but still the same thing. Can you get help from CW Support at all?
