This app is useless! Every single time I try to log in now it says "having trouble decrypting the data". When it did work, you had to type in your password every single time, which is impractical. You also have to change your password far too often. News flash to the world: passwords are meant to be easy to remember! Having all these insane requirements for what your password must be and forcing you to change them all the time defeats the purpose of a personal password!

It was wonderful for about a year. Then something kept saying User ID or password wrong. I changed password (several times) after verifying user ID. Still get the same message that User ID or password is wrong (Yes, I have it set to the correct state). Unable to find a fix, getting ready to uninstall. I even Uninstaller and reinstalled, didn't work. Tried to create a new account but it said I already have one. Very frustrating.

The password process is more involved than making one for a bank account or the combination to the gates of hell. And don't forget it, you will never be able to use that one again, but it doesn't matter if you remember it, you will be made to change it just because. It's the craziest thing. Especially just to look at some numbers for a second. Other then that, great!

Just started using it. So far so good. Been using awhile now and I find it great for keeping track of what we had gotten and when new payments come in. Just started working again. Not sure why but probably close to a month for me it wasn't working. Something about server. I looked online and I wasn't the only one this was happening to. Its working again!

I have been trying to reset my password for over 2 years because even though I input the correct answers to security questions the site says the answers are not correct. No one at sc snap phone customer service will help and I can't find any way to get help from a live person on website. All that's offered is the sc snap phone number and that's always a dead end

I really like this app. But every time I put my information in it gives me a common error from server. So I can no longer use this app. I have to call the line directly. Please fix

Just a terrible app! Security features are more trouble than good. I get little to no use from it because it's so difficult to access. Always wanting me to update my password then when I forget the password it says they'll send an email and they never do. Never had this much trouble using an app.

I hate this app. Always need to log in to use it. Want you to change your password every 30days but if you forget it a pain to reset cause you need your card. Send me texts with a code to log in while your inside the store waiting 10 mins cause the store is in a dead zone. Rather use the other ebt app but this site wants me to use this stupid app.

For those of you experiencing server error when you try to log in, all you have to do is re-choose your state even if it's already on there when you go to log in. Like if it already says Arkansas, go ahead and scroll to pick Arkansas again and login with the rest and it'll work. Been this way for me for awhile now but works every time.

Still having issues when trying to log in. Tells me there is an error when decrypting the data. I know I'm using the right login information so I do not understand why I keep having this issue. Would be great if they would fix this already... It's extremely frustrating
