Good: Relatively smooth and easy to use. Bad: 1. Can't select and copy text to translate German. 2. No inventory or history of charges. I've just started using prepaid Allnet and I just got charged 9 cents even though I've never sent any SMS. How did this happen? It's just 9 cents so I don't want to go back and forth with customer service. But this is quite shady practice to have random charges without notice.

Everything you might need around the mobile service can be found in the app. My husband needs a new number (using Vodafone until today) and I introduced him a membership, for which I also get some kind of bonus. From our experience, I normally have better internet connection than he does (Hamburg area). Especially when it comes down to price, Congstar is sooooo much better than Vodafone. All in all, good Internet provider, app is more than functional and convenient. Very satisfied.

It's a good guide & support for users to know the current standing of one's subscription & usage. It saves subscriber and the company from lots of calls to the call center regarding certain aspects of the subscription. I hope other telecom companies follow suit. One star less for absence of 5 and 10 € options to refill the wallet. My less than 15€ wallet balance sits there for months and years because it can't be used to refill. One star less for lack of the English version of the app.
