The congstar app offers the following features:
For prepaid and contract plans
- View usage
- View data, SMS, and minutes (including a data usage widget)
- Manage plans and options
- Change plans, book, or cancel options
- Balance and bills
- Top up prepaid credit or view bills as PDFs
- Manage SIM and eSIM plans
- Block/swap SIM cards, activate eSIM, view PIN and PUK
- Change personal data
- Change address, payment details, or authentication PIN
