Use your ID card or Passport to verify yourself…

The VideoIdent can be completed from 8:00 – 24:00. You will be assisted by an Ident Specialist.
With the Commerzbank IDENT App you can, as a Banking client, sign documents and contracts and verify your identity with AutoIdent.
You complete the steps on your own time without waiting. AutoIdent accepts ID documents from the European Union as well as Switzerland. AutoIdent also accepts the German resident card for non-EU citizens.
