تنقسم المدرسة الى قسمين منفصلين:
قسم العربي وهو يتبع النظام الوزاري في التدريس حيث تدرس كل المواد المقررة من قبل وزارة التعليم اضافة الى اللغة الانجليزية من السنة الاولى والكمبيوتر والمكتبة واعضاء هيئة التدريس من الكفاءات المحلية التي تم اختيارها بعناية والنظام الدراسي المعتمد في التدريس هو النظام الفصلي كما هو شأن النظام الوزاري والذي يعتمد على امتحانات النصف فصلية مع نهاية كل فصل دراسي.
قسم الاجنبي حيث تدرس كل المواد باللغة الانجليزية اضافة الى اللغة العربية والتربية الاسلامية وجميع اعضاء هيئة التدريس يتم اختيارهم بعناية من ذوي الكفاءات والشهادات التخصصية القادرين على تلبية الحاجات المعرفية للتلاميذ.
