Description
We provide information tailored to your interests, and also provide a wide range of functions to solve your problems (initial setup support/operation support/diagnosis via smartphone/contact function)!
*Only customers with an au contract or UQ mobile contract and an au ID can use the app (povo contract customers cannot use it).
Support for chat functions on Android™ versions below 7.0 and iOS versions below 15 will end on August 7, 2025.

・Telephone and chat inquiry function and telephone inquiry reservation function

・Smartphone course where you can learn how to use smartphones and tablets at your own pace and in a fun way
4. Smartphone diagnosis function
・Easily diagnoses smartphone symptoms and operational problems, and provides easy-to-understand solutions
・Deletes cache to free up memory and helps your smartphone operate smoothly and resolve problems
*For devices with Android 10 or higher, data cleaning is performed on the user area (the area that stores data for each downloaded application).
*For devices with Android 11 or higher, data cleaning is performed using the data clear function built into Android 11.
5. Network speed check function
・When you think your communication speed is slow, you can measure the network speed to understand your usage environment and get advice on how to improve your speed.
6. Operation method support
・Easy-to-understand guidance on how to use not only smartphones and tablets, but also apps you are interested in, and how to connect and operate devices that connect to smartphones and tablets, such as TVs and audio equipment.
