بلوغ المرام من أدلة الأحكام كتابة وصوتا للحفظ

لقد اشتَملَ كتابُ "بلوغ المرام من أدلة الأحكام"؛ للإمام الحافظ أبي الفضل أحمد بن عليِّ بن محمد الكناني الشافعي، المعروف بابن حجرٍ العسقلاني، المتوفَّى سنة (852 هـ) على أصولِ الأدلَّة الحديثيَّة للأحكام الشرعيَّة؛ فقد حرَّرَه ابنُ حجرٍ- رحمه الله- تحريرًا بالغًا؛ ليكون بدايةً للطريق للطالب المبتدئ، واستزادةً لِمَن وصَل في هذا العِلم إلى أعْلى الدرجات.

ويتَّضح ذلك ممَّا قاله ابنُ حجرٍ نفسُه في مقدمة كتابه، حيث قال: "أمَّا بعدُ، فهذا مختصَرٌ يشتمِل على أصولِ الأدلَّة الحديثيَّة للأحكام، حرَّرتُه تحريرًا بالغًا؛ ليصيرَ مَن يحفَظُه مِن بيْن أقرانه نابِغًا، ويَستعين به الطالِبُ المبتدِي، ولا يَستغني عنه الراغبُ المنتهي".

ومن هنا جاءتْ أهميَّة الكتاب، فهو يُعَدُّ مِن أهم كتب الأحكام، بل يصل إلى درجةِ النفائس.

وقد اتَّبَع ابن حجرٍ- رحمه الله- في ترتيبه لكتابه طريقةَ الفُقَهاء في ترتيبهم لكُتُب الفِقه؛ حيث بدأ كتابَه كعادة المتقدِّمين بالطهارة، ثم الصلاة، ثم الجنائز، ثم الزكاة، ثم الصيام، ثم الحج، ثم البيوع، ثم النكاح، ثم الجنايات، ثم الحدود، ثم الجهاد، ثم الأطعمة، وجعَل آخِرَه بابًا جامعًا سمَّاه: الجامِع في الآداب، حيث ضمَّنه نُخبةً طيِّبة مِنَ الأحاديث في الأخلاق والسلوك، والذِّكر والدعاء.

وقد اهتَمَّ ابنُ حجرٍ بتوضيح درجةِ الحديث من حيثُ الصحةُ والضعْف، وكثيرًا ما كان يُصدِّر الباب الذي يتناوَله بما في الصحيحين أو أحدهما، وإذا كان للحديثِ مُتابعاتٌ أو شواهِدُ أشارَ إليها.

وقدِ اشتَملَ الكتاب على "1568" حديثًا، وهو عددٌ كبير أعْطَى الكتاب ثقلاً من حيثُ الأهميَّة، وربَّما كان السببُ في زيادة عددِ الأحاديث في هذا الكتاب هو أنَّ ابن حجرٍ كان يُورِد كلَّ ما في الباب الذي يَتناوَله من أحاديثَ، مع بيانِ الضعيف، وهذا على عكسِ كتاب "الإلمام"؛ لابن دقيق، حيث اشترَط مؤلِّفه ألاَّ يورد إلا ما صَحَّ.

وكان الشيخ الألباني يمدَح الكتاب ويُوصِي به الطلَبَة، ويقول - رحمه الله -: "مِن أحسن الكُتب المصنَّفة في أدلَّة الأحكام كتابُ الحافظ ابن حجرٍ "بلوغ المرام"، وقد أشار مؤلِّفه إلى الأحاديث صِحَّةً وضعفًا....

ونظَرًا لأهميَّة الكتاب الكبيرة، فقد اهتَمَّ به العلماءُ مِن قديم الزمان بالحفظ والشَّرْح، وقد طُبِع عدَّة طبعات.

The book “Reaching the Maram from the Evidence of Rulings” was included by Imam Al-Hafiz Abi Al-Fadl Ahmad Bin Ali Bin Muhammad Al-Kinani Al-Shafi’i, known as Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani, who died in the year (852 AH) on the origins of the modern evidence of Sharia rulings, as it was edited by Ibn Hajar - may God have mercy on him An adult to be the beginning of the road for the beginner student, and an increase for those in this science who have reached the highest levels.

This is evident from what Ibn Hajar himself said in the introduction to his book, where he said: “As for yet, this is a summary that includes the origins of the modern evidence for the rulings, I liberated him with great liberation; .

Hence the importance of the book came, as it is considered one of the most important books of rulings, and even reaches the degree of preciousness.

Ibn Hajar - may God have mercy on him - followed in his arrangement of his book the method of jurists in their arrangement of books of jurisprudence. Al-Huddud, then jihad, then foods, and made the last of them an inclusive door that he called: The Mosque of Literature, as it included a good selection of hadiths in ethics and behavior, dhikr and supplication.

Ibn Hajar was interested in clarifying the degree of the hadith in terms of health and weakness, and he often issued the section that deals with it, including one or both of the two Sahihs, and if the hadith had followings or witnesses he referred to.

The book included “1568” hadith recently, which is a large number that gave the book a weight in terms of importance, and perhaps the reason for the increase in the number of hadiths in this book is that Ibn Hajar used to supply everything in the section that he deals with from the hadiths, with the statement of the weak, and this is on The opposite of the book “Imam” by Ibn Daqiq, where its author stipulated that he only report what was correct.

The Albanian sheikh praises the book and recommends it to the students, and says - may God have mercy on him -: “One of the best books classified in the evidence of rulings is Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar’s book“ Reaching the Maram ”, and his author referred to the hadiths as correct and weak ....

In view of the great importance of the book, scholars have long cared for it in preserving and explaining it, and several editions have been printed.
