By logging in as a Chunghwa Telecom member and binding the certificate number, you can check common information such as mobile phone numbers, prepaid cards, local calls or broadband applied for with the same card number; SMS login is also provided to quickly check mobile phone number information.
Chunghwa Telecom APP provides:
Commonly used information: Hami Point, Internet access volume, tariff contract, bill, internal and external network door numbers, SIM unlock code inquiry
Frequently used services: online bill payment, additional traffic purchase, application for international roaming, stored value on mobile prepaid cards, application for electronic bills, fault repair report, query of light generation supply and installation distance, store reservation
2G pseudo base station detection function: This function allows users to be reminded or notified when receiving 2G pseudo base station signals, but it does not have the function of blocking 2G pseudo base station signals. The company does not guarantee any loss or damage suffered by users due to receiving 2G pseudo base station signals. Users should still exercise caution when receiving any suspicious messages, websites or links to avoid being scammed and harmed.
