تعريف برنامج حافز:
يقدم برنامج حافز البحث عن عمل مخصصاً مالياً قدره 2000 ريال لمدة 12 شهرا للباحثين الجادين في البحث عن عمل من أجل تحفيز وتعزيز فرص الحصول على وظائف مستدامة ومناسبة، وتزويدهم بالمهارات والموارد اللازمة للانضمام إلى سوق العمل.

مزايا حافز:
1- يستفيد المسجل في برنامج حافز البحث عن عمل تلقائياً من خدمات دعم التوظيف عبر ربط الملف الشخصي بمراكز التوظيف وعروض العمل على موقع طاقات ومعرض لقاءات للتوظيف والعديد من الدورات التدريبية والخدمات الأخرى.

2- يحصل المستفيد في برنامج حافز البحث عن عمل على مخصصاً مالياً قدره 2000 ريال لمدة 12 شهراً. ويستطيع المستفيد إيقاف الدعم المالي قبل انتهاء السنة والعودة لاحقاً عند الحاجة وإعادة التقديم للحصول على المستحقات المتبقية.

الالتزامات:
يتوّجب على المستفيدين من هذا البرنامج التقيد بعدد من الالتزامات التي تهدف إلى المساعدة في العثور على العمل الدائم، بالإضافة إلى إظهار مؤشر الجديّة في البحث عن عمل. ويشترط لمن أراد الاستفادة من برنامج حافز البحث عن عمل إنجاز جميع المهام والالتزامات المذكورة حيث لا يمكن الحصول على فوائد البرنامج إلا عن طريق الإتمام الصادق لجميع الالتزامات وعدم الالتزام بتنفيذها قد يؤدي الى عقوبات مالية والإقصاء من البرنامج.

تتضمن الالتزامات:
1.تسجيل الدخول الأسبوعي:

ضرورة تسجيل الدخول على البوابة الوطنية للعمل مرة واحدة كل سبعة أيام على الأقل للإطلاع وإتمام المهام والالتزامات (مثل: تعبئة المعلومات أو حضور تدريب إلكتروني أو غيرها من المهام).

2.حضور الدورات التدريبية:

الالتحاق بأي دورة تدريبية تطلب من الباحث عن عمل وإتمامها بنجاح ويشمل ذلك التدريب على رأس العمل والتدريب عن بعد.

3.حضور مقابلات العمل:

يُشترط حضور جميع مقابلات العمل، الذي يحددها صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية (هدف) أو أحد مفوضيه، لإجراء المقابلات مع أصحاب الأعمال أو الجهات الأخرى.

4.قبول عروض العمل المناسبة:

يتوّجب على المستفيدين من هذا البرنامج التقيد بعدد من الالتزامات التي تهدف إلى المساعدة في العثور على العمل الدائم، بالإضافة إلى إظهار مؤشر الجديّة في البحث عن عمل.

تتضمن الالتزامات:

1. تسجيل الدخول الأسبوعي:
ضرورة تسجيل الدخول على البوابة الوطنية للعمل مرة واحدة كل سبعة أيام على الأقل للإطلاع وإتمام المهام والالتزامات (مثل: تعبئة المعلومات أو حضور تدريب إلكتروني أو غيرها من المهام).

2.حضور الدورات التدريبية:

الالتحاق بأي دورة تدريبية تطلب من الباحث عن عمل وإتمامها بنجاح ويشمل ذلك التدريب على رأس العمل والتدريب عن بعد.

3.حضور مقابلات العمل:

يُشترط حضور جميع مقابلات العمل، الذي يحددها صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية (هدف) أو أحد مفوضيه، لإجراء المقابلات مع أصحاب الأعمال أو الجهات الأخرى.

4.قبول عروض العمل المناسبة:

قبول عروض العمل المناسبة التي يؤمنها صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية (هدف). وهناك حد أعلى لعروض العمل المناسبة التي يمكن للمتقدم رفضها حيث أن رفض عروض العمل المناسبة يعد مؤشراً لعدم جدية الباحث عن عمل.

المستفيدون من البرنامج:
يجب أن تنطبق جميع الضوابط التالية على المتقدمين لهذا البرنامج:
أن يكون سعودي الجنسية أو من أم سعودية
لا يقل العمر عن 20 سنة ولا يزيد عن 35 سنة
أن يكون قادراً على العمل
ألا يكون موظفاً في القطاع العام أو الخاص
ألا يكون مستحقاً لمعاش تقاعدي
ألا يكون مستحقاً لأي مخصص مالي أو تعويض ضد التعطل عن العمل
ألا يكون لديه نشاط تجاري
ألا يكون طالباً أو متدرباً في أي مرحلة من مراحل التعليم أو التدريب
ألا يكون له دخل ثابت يعادل المخصص المالي الذي يصرف له أو يزيد عليه وذلك كمتوسط شهري خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة لبداية الشهر الذي تقدم فيه بالطلب

Those who wish to benefit from the job search incentive program are required to fulfill all the tasks and obligations mentioned. The benefits of the program can only be obtained through the honest fulfillment of all obligations and failure to comply with them may result in financial penalties and exclusion from the program.

Not be employed in the public or private sector
Not be entitled to a pension
Shall not be entitled to any financial provision or compensation against unemployment
Do not have a business
Be a student or trainee at any stage of education or training
Shall not have a fixed income equal to or greater than the financial allowance paid to him as a monthly average within the twelve months prior to the beginning of the month in which he applied
