Collaboration Totalplay is a workstream collaboration solution that allows you to communicate securely through instant messaging, phone calls and audio and video conferences. Some of the advantages you have when using Totalplay Collaboration are: - Your Totalplay number lives in the application, that is, you can make and receive calls from the application as if you were doing it from your Totalplay line. - You have all your colleagues gathered in one place. You can see their availability and decide if a chat or a call is the best way to communicate with them. - You can organize your work teams or departments into groups and classify discussions by topic. - You can schedule or start audio and video meetings with colleagues and with contacts outside your organization. Meetings can be recorded. - You can perform unified communications searches and forward them to colleagues or workgroups. These searches can include results from call or meeting notes, files, messages and even emails (requires connection to your email account).

- Puedes organizar tus equipos de trabajo o departamentos en grupos y clasificar discusiones por temas.
- Puedes agendar o iniciar reuniones de audio y video con colegas y con contactos externos a tu organización. Las reuniones pueden ser grabadas.
- Puedes realizar búsquedas unificadas de comunicaciones y reenviarlas a colegas o grupos de trabajo. Estas búsquedas pueden incluir resultados de notas de llamadas o reuniones, archivos, mensajes e incluso correos electrónicos (requiere conexión de tu cuenta de correo).
