App is not at all user friendly. Booking interface does not come readily to the dates. While making cancellations, unable to select reason for same but it doesn't allow cancellation without reason. Various tabs are also unreliable as it becomes blank anytime. This is a very bad issue since it also happens while paying ASF where the money gets stuck. Never upgrade. These guys sleep on their commitments. I updated from white to purple membership and the service now totally is a disgrace. It's been well over 45 days I was promised a iPhone nothing is come. Write to customer care they are a bunch of lazy staff always asking for 10days . I am a share holder and this is the service I get I wonder what service they give others . Totally unacceptable and disappointed. They don't even have the courtesy to call the customer and explain.

Extremely bad service, company is not reply to mail, and not respecting your time. They call you to there office saying that they will provide holiday voucher and dinner voucher and when they find coustomer is not interested for buying membership they will refused to give you voucher. This I'm saying with respect to vadodara office. And coustomer service is over mail and call are equally bad. Please don't buy membership and be protected from scam.

Resorts get booked within minutes of booking opening because all types of memberships stand on equal footing while booking although CM charges hefty premium for Purple. The solution: While opening bookings, first allow only (for first few days) Purple memberships to book. Thereafter Purple + Red and so on. With 12 years remaining of my CM membership, I was prevalied upon to cough up ₹ 2 lakhs+ to migrate from Red to Purple. I have derived no benefit from the upgrade. I feel cheated. No FB a/c!

Worst service... we had booked before 20 days and still there is no confirmation. and i look for future dates all are having waiting list or fully booked, who the hell makes holiday planning advance in 6 months... You people are wanting membership then also have the guts to say that 6 months advance booking do cause everything would be packed otherwise. Can't make confirmation for bookings in few days then also don't give fake hopes that it will be done soon...

I won'tt recommend this to anyone and discourage anyone who wud go for this.Reasons: 1)even after paying a hefty amount of 4L in advance and an annual fee of 17K, members may not get the booking/number of rooms/guests they want. 2)only this 17K required to book any decent amdtn at this era of competition anywhere in India. 3)No breakfast for members but given to guests booking thru other apps cheaply. 4) extra holidays above 21 days are cancelled/lapsed mercilessly during the pandemic 2020-21.

Post taking membership the services they render are extremely worst. No proper customer service&support. I took membership in the year 2020 Oct, and still i am calling them to book a stay for me. Login credentials are utter useless and i am dejected taking the membership. People please dont take membership and suffer like me👎🏿I knew i will receive a automated message for this comment asking me to share my member id Etc Etc. Hence i am disclosing it here.
