I'd read a lot of reviews about this app. I have the same issue when it comes to connecting the camera to my phone. It doesn't work when I'm connected to my Wi-Fi. There's a direction on how to connect the camera to my phone by adding it, put the password that were shown. But it just end there, nothing happened...unstalling this sucking app...wasted my time...

Used to work n the last week someone else is using different bank account ,ive tried all week n still cant get connected ,blooming disgrace as used my carers bank details they got accepted ,but yet i think my camera been hacked as another account is on my system which i cant delete ,decided it going in bucket ,never again ,

Absolute nightmare 😡🤦. The camera would keep losing connection (going offline). Refreshing it does nothing. Had to keep deleting and adding the camera back usually once a week! Now it's doing the same and I cannot even reset it up. It wont find the DOG NETWORK!!! IMPOSSIBLE! Am going to take a hammer to it !

I really don't know why so many bad reviews for this camera. I installed my camera 7 years ago and not once have I ever had a problem with it. I can view from home or while out. It always alerts me when the camera is activated.

Discovery pictures are grey placeholders. No one answers phones or responds to emails sent to service@cleverdog address. Terrible app, terrible customer service.
