IES was created by 'idea to offer an innovative service to the district communities:
restore purchasing power to consumers through the creation, development and management of a complementary value circuit capable of tangibly reward and economically rewarding consumers who concentrate their purchases at partner companies in the area;
stimulate consumption to stimulate the local economy by ensuring that the wealth produced in the territory remains and is reinvested in the same territory for the benefit of citizens and local businesses;
strengthen local identity by promoting the circuit to attract new economic resources and invest them from the surrounding area on a "local product" that increases the community's social capital.
