The CIPEC began operations in 1983 in the city of São Caetano, as small distributor and spare parts manufacturer for trucks and buses.
 
Working with commitment and seriousness, CIPEC quickly expanded its range of products for distribution shortly after reaching the national benchmark status in the Scania line aftermarket.
 
In 1999 its structure no longer behaving the increasing pace of business and the CIPEC transferred its activities to an area of ​​20,000 m2 in Indaiatuba, strategically located in the interior, investing heavily in the industrial part and adding the Volvo lines, VW, MWM, Cummins and Iveco.

With ample manufacturing space and new market niches opening up in 2003 to CIPEC innovated once again by deploying a complete line of clutch servos, valves and brake repairs for heavy line. so was born the NTI a CIPEC brand that soon became known in the market, offering a competitive and highly reliable product.

Today CIPEC has more than 170 employees and sells more than 22,000 items from its plant located in Indaiatuba, further increasing its production capacity and issuing more than 30 tons of products per day to more than 50 countries around the world.
