One of the worst experiences with this app. Updated it, and since then it won't even let me login to my account. I need to log in, so I uninstalled it, installed kt again for the past 2 weeks and the same problem persists. Since the last update, it's basically been trash sitting in my phone taking up space. Even the website is almost as useless as the app.

Very inconsistent app... sometimes the options for recharging your phone disappear when you need them the most. Would appreciate it when you are doing a maintenance to maybe warn us or include a pop up message such as "this option is currently unavailable at the moment please retry in a couple of minutes or an hour or whatever ..."

The app is very useful and comes in handy in many situations that I wouldn't have been able to solve if i didn't have the app. But lately it became so slow and loads for a minute or so every time i want to move from one section to another on the app. Specially transfers which i use alot. I wish this could be fixed for 5 stars. EDIT: I gave it 5 stars now because it works much better and all bugs have been addressed.

I used to be a client in a different bank 🐎 and I had to change it simply because anything that is digital about it, is abysmal. I am CIH client now and I am really satisfied about everything, starting from the agencies to the app usage. Recommendations: - Could you please add the savings in the dashboard as well. - Add more profiles. - Add more savings option "Automatic Monthly Savings"

The app sometimes work and sometimes don't. I've been a client for more than 4 years and the app always doesn't fonction properley! Always showing me the login error. I've contacted there support millions time to fix it but they only give lies. Also the service is very bad, they haven't even return my money that was lost from my account. Don't open your account with this bank. You will regret it!

Another issue with the fingerprint unlock the app stop working when trying to enable it with the latest update
