I love this app, I have one problem with it. It loose internet connection too easy. I have check my gateway too many time, I have even restarted my phone several times, I have a note 20 ultra 5G. So have come to conclusion that this app need a update all my apps I can open up with ease. So can I get some help here please. Dr.Smooth834

Great for memorializing your cigar experience and for keeping track of your stiks. I love the humidor and personal notes aspects of the app. I'd guess 1 in 5 photos are not recognized by the app although the photos are clear and the cigars are not unheard of cigars. Thus far, staff hasn't notified me of any cigars I ask them to identify. So that aspect if the app seems useless. Overall, it's closer to a 5 than 4 for my needs but definitely could be improved upon.

Fantastic App. I use it everytime I'm in a cigar store. Tells me everything about the cigar that I am considering purchasing. Easy to use. Just take a picture of the cigar band, and it finds it every time. It also shows you other options. Even shows you the ratings of the cigar. This is a must have App. Don S.

Originally would be higher score but last couple of months app has been slow, cant find a lot of cigars by picture, and when asking experts to identify where you use to get assistance now no response. Could also improve that if having to look up cigar by name that it uses the picture taken instead of just showing nothing because there wasnt one one the apps file. If cigars arent in in the app file suggest letting user either add it our send info to be checked and added.

Was working great. Lately seems like sensors or gateway (more likely as I loose connection to all 8 of my sensors) lose connection. Happens way too often. Wasn't happening before September, and I have been using for a little under a year.

Great app. It has never failed to work right and never crashes. The search function is fantastic and the ability to record your ratings and personal notes are what make this app so perfect for cigar lovers.

I find it very helpful I see what I have in my humidor at all times, especially when I'm at the store and cannot remember what I already have. Being able to add to my wishlist makes it easy for my wife to know what to buy if she is looking to surprise me.

Very good overall but app fails to scan some bar codes. Would be good to have a look up by name feature where you could identify the cigar and pull it into the app for logging and rating purposes..

Works well I like that i can maintain a log and diary of what i smoke. Seems lately the recognition pics does not find the cigar as often as it once did and when you use the search feature the app searches cigars before i can input the full name.

Pretty Decent App. Works well, nice sized library and good search and scan tool. One annoying issue: whenever you are using the app, if you Back out or use another app, or just leave it open and use your phone for even a second and go back into the app, it will tell you that there's no internet connection and you will have to clear out the app and restart it.
