I came over to Choice from Wyndham hoping for better customer service, but that is not the case! If you make a mistake with the app, you have a good chance of being screwed! The customer service here is awful because they have a staff full of people whose native language isn't English which creates a communication problem! My company will be doing business with Holiday Inn after this fiasco!

The app works well but being an elite member means nothing. The front desk at your Albemarle NC locations are rude and unprofessional! Customer service number is almost worthless. They try to talk you in circles, so they don't have to do anything to help you, no matter your membership status! The 3 star rating is only because of the app and how well it works. My wife and I are diamond elite members but it means nothing to them and you get very little perks for it.

App is easy to use and find exactly what you are looking for easily and if you do run into an issue their support team is eager to assist with a phone call. The only thing I do wish is that there was a option to communicate with customer support via some form of real time instant messaging service. It is nice that you can email support from the app but that means you have to wait to hear back from them which would be faster if it was real time chat.

Reserved twice and both times the app and website reverted the date to the current day rather than the dates I was looking for. I caught it once but didn't catch both times. I was told it happens all the time and won't get refunded. TERRIBLE app!

App is fine, But choice hotel has very bad customer service!!!¡!!! they tell you any thing just to get you off the phone you have to keep calling discuss int the same thing to different representative UGH!! VERY DISFAFIED!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never credited me my credits for staying at 2 of there hotels .. which I also have should add needs a revamp badly! The smell of the old carpet ! The wallpaper! Not mention the 80s feel ! Also should think about hiring customer service oriented people!! Lucky I gave you all a one Star!!

The only thing I didn't like is they don't tell you you have to wait 7 days to get your points when they ask you to listen to their promotions then I fell to tell you you have to wait days to get your points instead of me waiting around for my points to be at it on they should tell you ahead of time

Easy to use, good search tools. Location finder is quite accurate. Haven't had any issues with making reservations or when I have needed to cancel.
