I absolutely love the product! Ive purchased a book for each of my kids every year for grandparents now for the past 6 years! I love having the memories in print in one place. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 starts is the app does have some glitches. I'd you're willing to refresh frequently and wait forever for things to update then the end result is amazing!

Most of my photos, taken with a decent phone camera, were marked as low resolution. Also, for the canvas tiles I was set up with 10 x 10 automatically...not given option at any point to choose 8 x 10. And there was no point when I had the opportunity to edit my photos. Not the most user friendly app, wish they would allow you to order canvas tiles through the website.

I use it for the subscriptions. I like the simplicity of not having a ton of layout options. The quality for price is great. My kids love looking at their yearly books and they make good gifts. The active subscriptions can become confusing (I have muktiple kids) and I wish I could add 62 pictures to one book and delete them as I build the book, instead of those 2 pics getting stuck in their own book. I also don't like the auto order feature, as I received a book I hadn't organized or cropped.

NOT WORKING!!! This app hasn't been working correctly for at least a week now. I finally got my pics to load and now it won't send it to print. It just puts me into the edit album even though it's done and edited. extremely frustrating!!!!!!

Their customer service is fantastic, but I have run into a few issues. I like adding more photos than what's in my Instagram feed and there are times where the order I set my photos in doesn't save. There's no way to do a force save and so I just keep moving the photos until they stay put. Sometimes I don't notice the issue until after I order the book, but luckily before it prints. That's when I reach out to their customer service and they are able to stop my order and unlock the book.

Super easy to make high quality photo books. I have created books of my newborn daughters on my phone with one hand while nursing her with the other. They make great keepsakes for us, and great gifts for the grandparents!

Photos don't sync well. Takes forever. Have to log out and log back in, create different accounts, use different email addresses in order to finally get a book to print. After all that trouble, the books are great. Just wish the app wasn't so clunky.
