There is no other such annoying shopping App like it. At first a picture of a few products comes in, then scrolling down a bit, the loading starts which never stops. Online shopping cannot be done with such slow apps. After that there is the problem of delivery. Absolutely useless service

1- navigating through departments is not sufficient. Searching by typing words much better. 2- some items stuck in to my basket. Can't remove them. 3- SMS service is not working in Kuwait when I tried to link my Shukran card to my account. Can't link it.

The delivery process is so poor.. I've placed my orders last January 13,2020.. And until now I haven't got it yet.. And this app says that the delivery process is within 2-3 days.. 👎👎👎

It takes forever to get returned items to be picked up. I'm waiting already 1 months. Sent a lot of emails to the customer support but nobody even bother to reply. Never buy from Centerpoint. The worst service

Worst experience i have with online shopping, i spend 2 hour finalised 17 items during time for checkout asking unnecessary things for example address street bulding no even i choose store collect. Any how after spend more 30 mint couldn't proceed payment error comes (one of your item expired remove it first) funny things one by one my basket is remain only one item and again same error. Ohh god i waste my 3 hour and get nothing. Need to update your app as per 2021 faster. Not like 1990 old

Your website is telling that App purchase having 10% off. When you buy anything from app at first time, when entering promocode, that is telling that code has expired! Then, why are you still advertising this 10%offer until now? Such a way to attract customer by giving fake promise!
