CCN Città delle Acque

Città delle Acque . Rilanciare il Centro Storico di Castellammare ed al tempo stesso la vocazione commerciale e turistica della città, attraverso l’aggregazione di esercizi commerciali ed imprese turistiche e la realizzazione di un progetto condiviso di marketing territoriale.
Con questo obiettivo, si è concretizzato nel gennaio 2014, a Castellamare di Stabia, il progetto del “Centro Commerciale Naturale Città delle Acque”, che ha visto l’adesione di circa 60 operatori attivi in svariati settori del commercio, della ristorazione, del turismo, ed un istituto finanziario: la Banca Stabiese.
Il territorio di riferimento del CCN è costituito dal centro urbano della città, ivi comprese le aree marine e portuali. Il progetto consortile è innanzitutto mirato a recuperare la storica vocazione commerciale e turistica della città di Castellammare, negli ultimi decenni si è infatti osservato che il flusso dei frequentatori si è andato affievolendo a causa di alcuni eventi concomitanti come il declino del Polo Termale, il degrado urbano che ha interessato gran parte del centro storico, la difficile accessibilità del centro cittadino, la mancanza di sufficienti aree di sosta ed il sorgere alle porte della città di numerose strutture di Grande Distribuzione, con annesse gallerie commerciali.
Si è così assistito ad un calo dell’attrattività, che ha riguardato sia la clientela proveniente dai comuni vicini che gli stessi cittadini stabiesi, attirati anch’essi dalle opportunità offerte dai grandi centri commerciali.
La costituzione del CCN Città delle Acque punta a far invertire tale trend, puntando al recupero della clientela e contemporaneamente alla rivitalizzazione del Turismo.

The NWC reference area consists of the urban city center, including marine and port areas. The consortium project is primarily aimed at recovering the historical commercial and tourist town of Castellammare, in recent decades it has been noted that the frequenters flow has gone fading due to some concurrent events such as the decline of the Polo Spa, degradation city ​​that has affected much of the old town, the difficult accessibility of the city center, the lack of sufficient parking areas and the rise outside the town of numerous structures of large retailers, with adjoining shopping galleries.
This has been a decline in the attractiveness, which covered both the customers coming from neighboring municipalities that own citizens Stabiesi, also attracted by the opportunities offered by the big shopping centers.
The constitution of the City of CCN aims waters to reverse this trend, pointing to the recovery of customers and simultaneously to the revitalization of tourism.
