Not worth it the app is very slow and outdated and we can't even watch a simple TV show without it messing up. Already planning on canceling after just purchasing. The app needs a major upgrade and every time I try to continue where I left off on an episode it resets the whole thing from the beginning and don't get me started on how the forward and rewind button only go at 3x speed it takes 10 min just to get it set up back to where I was in the middle of an episode/movie at times.

Constant "error occured, please try again later"-errors. Only streaming service app that I have this issue with. Tried rebooting device, tried force-stopping the app, tried clearing storage and logging in again. Seems like it craps out because it fails to load ads. Not worth your money if you can get the same show elsewhere.

This app seems to have some streaming issues. Unless I download them, I have constant issues with buffering, random error messages, and sometimes it tells me my video is unavailable halfway through it. Good content, though, I'll keep trying for as long as I can with it.

The WORST current streaming service: - Won't stream on PC (even though I disabled ad blocker and paid for no ads) - Crashes 90% of the time when trying to skip to "next episode" - Crashes while playing - Video quality compresses all the time - No "Skip ahead/back" function - No "Skip intro" for shows - Unskippable ads/promos to start some shows (even if you paid for no ads) Once I finish the show I subscribed for, I'm immediately canceling and deleting this.

So many things wrong with this app. I'm already signed in, but when I go to open it, my options are get started or sign out, seems logical. So then I sign out and sign back in thinking that'll do the trick and nope, right back to the same screen. I tried watching on my TV through my fire stick, and same story. Also, when you do select live TV, the menu never goes off the screen. If you hit the back button it just takes you back to the main menu. So many things need to be addressed.

Quit streaming on my phone. Shows I wanted to watch that were Paramount wouldn't stream. Nickelodeon and other channels did work. Also would stream from browser on PC. I wanted to watch using my phone. Cancelled my subscription until you get it figured out... Tryed your help webpage and got nothing. It's your apps last update what ever you did it's broken.

Pay for no ads, you still get ads. No continue watching option. Extremely laggy. Can't link it to the app on your tv, only to chromecast. The search functions are hilariously sub par. You have to select search, then select the search bar, then when you're done typing you have to page through each of the letters in your search in order to get to any of the results, and thennnnn you can't select any of the options. LOL

I don't know what happened but all the sudden it stopped working with my Chromecast. I tried all the toubleshooting suggestions I could find. After trying so many I got frustrated. It hasn't been working for days. I keep trying nightly to watch the last episode of the show. The show is the reason why I purchased the subscription in the first place ..... It sucks!! It is definitely something with the app. My Netflix, Hulu, and Spotify have not had a problem.

Used to be one of my go to apps. Now nothing I attempt to watch will play. Starts to and freezes. All other streaming platforms work but all troubleshooting says restart your modem. I'm pretty sure with all the complaints I've seen and that all of my other services work it isn't my internet. Why am I paying for a service that doesn't let me watch anything. This is unacceptable. Fix your app.
