I know it's still early in the life cycle of Star Trek Picard, but so far I really like what I'm seeing. The pacing in the second episode was really good, more akin to traditional Star Trek. Discovery is also good. It's a little more action packed and moves along a bit quicker. The fact that Star Trek is back is awesome! Honestly, with only two episodes released so far, I would say it's worth getting CBS All Access for Star Trek Picard alone.

This app/sevice is so buggy. Tells me I don't have internet connection when I do. Locks up when trying to play shows and have to close, stop, and restart app to get it to work again. Doesn't remember where I was in a show if I have to leave and come back to it. And then, every time, I have to watch a batch of commercials before I can continue. After all my experiences with Netflix, Amazon, and Disney+, this service/app is very sub-par.

Unfortunately I can no longer give the app a 4-star rating! It started its constant buffering again, no matter what show I watch! I have to restart the phone like three times not to mention clearing the data! My connection is good so I don't know what's up?! but if this constant buffering keeps up I'm afraid I'm going to have to cancel my subscription! Which is a shame because the live feature works perfect, which would be a shame,because of the wider variety of TV shows and movies to choose

App needs quite a bit of work. It is very outdated in many ways. Should be able to be minimized, but still play, much like YouTube and Netflix can. It does not always hold where you left off, so will start playing much earlier episodes. The app loses sound periodically, much worse on a Roku where the sound stops quite frequently. For something that costs as much as it does, especially because I pay for no commercials, it should be perfected first.

No internet connection pop ups when I have internet connection, so many error messages, have to close and open app all the time to get it to work properly and does not have all the episodes of my favorite shows (which I thought that is what we were paying for in our monthly subscription). Just all around frustrating and aggrevating. The bugs and issues that we all have need to be fixed but also responded to by the developer. They have not yet responded which is outrageous.

I'm pretty disappointed by your service. I pay $10 a month to be able to stream star trek here and the app doesn't even want to load content on my phone most of the time, just an endless loading screen. When I try to watch on the computer, every new episode mutes itself?? I'm happy to pay for access to watch the shows legally on your platform, but when your website is buggier than the piracy websites giving it out for free it feels like I'm just cheating myself. Please fix the bugs.

This app is a mess both on the phone and PS4. My biggest issue is the subtitles. It is extremely unreliable and infuriating. I've been waiting for Picard for so long and seriously can't even enjoy it because I need the subtitles. It won't appear on my phone even with it turned on after resetting. On the PS4 it is way too small so now I can't read it and watch it or way to big as it starts to go off screen. Won't be keeping this subscription for sure.

Good content, frustrating app. When I press my headphone's multi function button, every other media app pauses but this one mutes. When I try to jump around (back to when I thought I'd hit pause), this app kinda loses its mind. It's so worried about making sure I don't avoid commercials, that it sometimes sends me all the way back to the beginning of the episode... Terrible user experience, makes it hard to enjoy the good content...

Streaming service is poor and keeps getting stuck. Cbs only has a small library of videos, so not worth of subscribing. I only use it for Star Trek Picard and Discovery. Picard is a good show so far, but Discovery is unwatchable. So I'm not going to subscribe for just one show. $6 per month and you still need to watch ads and the app freezes often. 1 star for having Star Trek Picard.

This app sucks, if you try to use the forward or backward 30 second jump sometimes it sits in spins forever. Occasionly it get stalled or it just stops occasionaly. I know it's not my system because my other apps... Netflix, Stazs, HBO excetera don't have this problem. I stay with it just because I'm a huge Star Trek fan. When those series end, so will my business with the CBS app.
