    The shows were good. The app has a lot of problems. First, lots of commercials. Ads at the end and beginning of a show, so if you watch multiple shows, that's double ads. I've also had trouble with it repeating the show I just watched. This put me in an ad loop that was hard to get out of. I'd advance to the next episode, get double ads, and find out I was on the same old episode. I've walked away several times because of all the ad problems. The app also has trouble syncing between devices. If the app is behind the spot you are at and you need to advance to find your place, you'll get hit with ads nearly every time you advance. Now on to the bigger problem. I watched Picard. During the show, they played ads for Picard that included spoilers for the episodes I hadn't watched!

    I love the app. It has tons of Star Trek which I love. One complaint I have though is that for the last two updates, every time I watch an episode and it ends, instead of moving to the next episode, it says "an unexpected error occurred" and I have to completely close the app, and open it again to watch the next episode. Other than that, the app is great. I will bump my review up to 5 stars if this can be fixed

    So. Laggy!!! I love being able to watch my shows, and the option to pay for no commercials, which is what I do, but you spend more time waiting for the show to buffer and load than you do actually watching your show. Even while using WiFi. I tried switching off WiFi and using data, but to no avail, I have the same issue. None of my other streaming apps do this. ONLY CBS. And it seems like it only gets worse with each update. Would give 0 stars right now, but that's not an option.

    Constant problems. Jump's from the beginning of a show all the way to the end (but never forget to make you watch 25 ads) and then refuses to let you go back (unless of course you like to watch all the ads again). Audio get distorted in any show on any tv in the house at random times. If it's this bad for free why would you ever pay to use this service.

    I'm disappointed that I pay for the app every month yet it barely works. Episodes play for short periods then display the "network connection needed" error even tho I'm connected to a network or have very good signal quality. It really sucks bc there are some really great shows that I'd like to keep up with. Gonna have to cancel if I can't access it more than 12% of the time.

    This app sucks. Want to download and watch offline? Not with this app. I have dealt with this multiple times and it has yet to be fixed. Very displeased and unsatisfied. I hope that when I switch back to Apple, they don't have this issue. It is especially ridiculous when you pay $9.99 a month and can't even offer the basic features correctly like apps like Hulu and Netflix. Waste my time and data downloading just for it to say that it needs to connect to a network.

    This is the WORST entertainment app out there, especially on the Firestick TV. You have to click several times to get to the episode you want because of absolutely unnecessary clicks. It FREEZES constantly. We have to reboot Firestick to get it working again. This might have been fine in 2008, but CBS--with all its resources as a media behemoth--should have a much better interface with minimal technical issues by now. We loathe using the CBS app, even though CBS is our preferred network. [CBS, thanks for the prompt reply but I don't think there is anything that can be done calling Support on the phone. Read all the reviews that say the same thing--the app constantly crashes and has a bad interface. Please pass on to the development team.]

    The fact that you have to have an internet connection to watch is ridiculous. And at least once per one hour episode it stops and tells me I need an internet connection when I'm connected to the internet and I have high speed internet. I have to back out and start over to get it started again. Not sure what y'all need to do to fix this issue but I've canceled once before and I might again if this keeps up. Hell I use free TV apps that stream better and without requiring the internet.

    CBS has many great shows I love to watch but there app is one of the worst I've had to deal with. I find this app irritating and keep it for the shows. First the app repeatedly freezes during the commercials having to reboot the app which often leads to the show starting from the beginning which means I have to watch all their commercials again. Second the commercials are the longest I've had to sit through or at least they sure feel like it but you can be the judge of that yourself.

    Trying to play an episode online always says "there is a problem" or "you need an Internet connection", but if you download the video for offline use and wait for it to finish, you can try to play it from "Downloads". Of course, when you do, it says "there is a problem" or "you need an Internet connection." It then helpfully tells you that you can download videos when online for offline use... If you want to see a list of things you can't actually watch, it's an OK app.

    Captions suck (off screen all the time, no apostrophes) Google casting doesn't allow pause from top bar, and some icons lead to auto play only (without bringing you to info). You have to execute a separate search in order to pull up different episodes. Also, when you interact with the screen with some devices it shifts everything up because the device's home bar is prompted with that touch. You'd think one of the largest media companies in the world could afford a functioning app.

    The only thing this app is great at is popping up to ask you to sign up for a "free" 30 day sub. I installed about a month ago. I wanted to try out the live streaming with my tv provider account. App consistently fails to open live streaming "having temp issues, try again later" on different days & times. Cleared all cache & data, re-enabled permissions, uninstall/reinstall... nothing works. If I can't use the free part of the app, definitely not signing up to pay.

    This app is broken!! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 I don't know what the issue is but I can't watch the shows I downloaded. It starts to load, but never does, then I get a pop-up saying I'm not connected to the internet. I'm on my cell phone, with full network connection & I just finished streaming a show, how am I all of a sudden not connected to the internet to watch a show already downloaded to my phone??? I'm almost ready to cancel my subscription. FIX THE APP!!!

    Don't charge me to be your beta tester. I like the content, but the app needs help. On my Galaxy S8, widescreen shows have black borders on all four sides. While paused the screen will never time out and lock. Unlocking the phone causes the app to start playing immediately (no chance to adjust volume first). Casting or resuming often starts playing at the wrong time, sometimes even a different episode. Did the dev manager save lots of time and money by firing the QA team?

    Basically works. One big problem when chromecasting: pause, come back later, the show has kept playing and it's a real pain to get back to where you left off. And a minor nit: It sure would be nice to be able to listen to audio on your phone, while casting to a tv (say, when other folks are sleeping).

    Horrible app doesn't stream at all on my cell phone. All else being equal having the top 3 streaming media apps, I don't have a single problem with buffering with the competiton. On Chromecast it buffers constantly! On a newer Android device, it won't play downloaded content because on airplane mode( i.e no internet). it won't get past the loading cbs eye. The look and feel of the app is the only thing that's decent. Piece of garbage, needs a complete rewrite with a new dev and QA team!

    This is a rating for the app on my TV. It seems I can really do much with the TV app. I haven't tried to watch anything on my phone app. It's very difficult to rewind with the TV app. I don't find it as friendly as other TV apps. We really like Picard, Discovery & Elementary. Hopefully we can quickly watch those shows & cancel.

    I've used the CBS app for years! Was absolutely satisfied...would have given it a 5 star even. However, this last couple of weeks I've really been disappointed. CBS app having issue message popping up. Getting a rotating circle while watching show THEN show disappears. I've been a constant customer...12 months each year, no free trials...thinking about dropping out. SMH

    Terrible experience. You can pay for their top subscription option and you will have extremely limited access to all of their shows, including ones they have produced since season 1. For example, criminal minds ended after 15 seasons and CBS owned and produced the show since it began, yet their top subscription option gives you access to season 15 only (without commercials...WOW THANKS). I strongly advise against using this app.

    I feel that the App, with commercials, is designed to fail quite often. We upgraded to the no commercials and the app works almost perfectly on both our devices and our television. I feel that we were almost conned into purchasing the commercial free package. Once again, now that we have the commercial for your package the app is working nicely.

    Ok on your phone the app works pretty ok, although clunky to navigate, that said on mobile the streams are ok, on my smart TV though, the app they have is Awful. I mean of all the crappy streaming services I've ever seen this has the lowest quality. It's difficult to navigate, the shows you stream freeze intermittently sometimes every 30 seconds sometimes every few minutes. I won't be renewing this service. Also the twilight zone is just okay. I'd skip this one.

    I really love the convenience and pleasure in having the app. I've had no issues that I really can't blame on my need for more data. But due to covid19 I need to cancel my subscription. I cannot afford the monthly expense right now due to lack of sufficient income. But I am having trouble understanding how to get to the right place to cancel.

    I can't hardly watch anything on this app! I have to close and reload it multiple times for it to play survivor even after clearing cache and cookies! Fix the app please! Update! I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now it's acting like I don't have a subscription!! This has now been made worse and I called the support number and they told me I would have to call Google play to manage my subscription. 😡 It is an app error not google plays fault!?

    For a paid service this sucks!!!! Constantly buffering, freezing and not saving what I've watched and starting over again for the past 13 months this is horrible horrible bad service!!! Does not matter what devices I use or the data speed, it is always crappy streaming and service. Use to be great service but now paying for something that doesn't even work right. Please fix your services!!!!!

    CBS this is garbage. Thus app used to work and now stops and buffers all the time for 60 seconds or longer. Multiple times while watching an episode. Doesn't happen on Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+. Get your act together or I will cancel my paid subscription. I am updating this to stay this app still sucks. I love the shows but the app is the worst streaming app. It constantly pauses to buffer. No other app does this, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Google Play Movies etc. Just CBS. Why am I paying for this

    Update April 24, 2020- consistently stops working on all my Samsung devices. Get error messages saying "technical difficulties" or "no internet connection" but other streaming services work fine. What am I paying for, again? It keeps saying "check my internet connection" on only these devices. I can play to my phone and Chromecast to my TV, but can't use the app on my TV or tablet. Not worth what I'm paying when it doesn't work properly for days on end. Oh, and your "support" is a joke.

    Update 05/01/2020 Now cbs has made it impossible to cast from phone to TV. You can see the commercials on screen but not the shows. Can't watch last nights episodes for free anymore. So sad! All streaming for cbs SUCKS!! It has since the beginning. Laptop, fire stick, Roku, Samsung tv and Android all 0 stars. Come on! You own Pluto now and it has great streaming! It won't even download on my fire stick at all and everything else works great on that.

    This app doesn't play well since the last update l did. It constantly is buffering. It worked very well before l updated it. Please fix this problem. It doesn't matter what device or where l am trying to watch it from, l get constant buffering so it is not my internet that is the problem. I would give you a 1 star but l like the CBS shows.

    I can't express my hatred of this app enough. I'm glad we were on the trial tier. In order for me to get subtitles (which I really need), I had to start an episode, wait for it to get past the commercials, wait for another random time (sometimes 1 minute, sometimes 5 minutes, one time over 10 minutes), then exit the episode, and restart the episode. If I didn't start with a commeriail, I could turn on subtitles. Otherwise, I'd have to wait through the commercials, wait again, and then *maybe* get lucky this time. It doesn't track which episode of any series properly (for instance, I finished Picard, and it was still suggesting I finish watching S1E1). If we had *paid* for this access, I'd be fighting for a refund.

    Good luck with this stupid app. I can't tell you how many episodes of shows that I have missed simply because they don't know what rewind is. I watch ALL of the ads just so these idiots skip the whole episode and I don't get to see it. The ads will LITERALLY skip your whole episode if you try to rewind. It's so ridiculous.

    The show, no matter what show it is will just stop playing and I have to exit out and resume it over and over. Every episode, multiple times, every time. No idea why it stops, it just does and gives me an error message sometimes. Not every time and I have no idea why. Unfortunately, there are MANY shows I want to watch or catch up with, so I just have to suck it up and deal. Not worth what I'm paying but again, like the shows, not the rest.

    The app is constantly disconnecting and "can't find the internet" when a show is trying to play. Yet strangely it plays commercials just fine without stream interruptions or disconnects. It hapoens on all my devices and across internet access points so I know it's not on my end. Crappy service. I will be cancelling and just buying the DVDs of Star Trek instead.

    Streaming keeps stopping and has to be exited and restarted, multiple times in every show. Ads are intrusive and you have to watch an ad before you can even see what episode you're on. Can't exit episode to episodes selection menu. Just fix the app so it streams correctly instead of dropping the stream several times per episode. Almost unusable on my tablet.

    Good app for catching up on the binge of cbs shows. Very good programing on CBS. It's worth it for those shows only available on CBS. I have to dock a point because it does not live up to it's bigger brother cable network apps. Obviously mimicking the functionality and does not pull off any refinement. No picture in picture odd sound quality. Some settings are counterintuitive as system wide.

    This app is great for your Sci-fi favorites(and others). I'm currently watching Star Trek in chronological order. Cheers quarantine 🥂 Would have given 5 stars, if before the last update it wasn't so choppy. I'll give it a little more time and then probably give 5 stars, if the quality remains smooth and sharp.

    App would only cycle to sign in for about a week. Then after multiple deletes and reinstalling I was able to use the app for 2 days opted for the premium membership so I could down load and watch if I had no internet. Then it wouldn't let me watch my down loads unless there was Wifi. Now it will download episodes up to 98% then say unable to download. Love the shows but if I can't use the download and play with no wifi I don't think I will keep the service.

    I pay for the all access pass and like the content, but the app is awful. It crashes constantly. Recently I went on a 3 day drive across the United States for a funeral rather than fly because of the virus. I downloaded a bunch of episodes to unwind with in the evening. The downloads wouldn't even play, they just spun, even though the episodes should play offline. During this time of isolation, you would think CBS would invest in making their app functional.

    Every time it goes to commercial, the sound cuts out for 10+ seconds before switching to the commercial so I miss what is going on in the show. Also, it doesn't save my spot on what episode I'm on. So when I go back to watch a series, I have to remember what episode in on and select it.

    This app is really a terrible set up... I paid for the month of service without commercials because I love the t.v. shows on here, but the app is set up poorly and it buffers all the time. I have many other streaming services and none of them act up like this one does. Please put some money into this app so it can become better. Thanks

    Can't find show episodes on 48 hours,etc.even when you know the exact title name your looking for, it always says it doesn't have & it make it hard to cancel this app for me atleast when I tried. I want to cancel right away also took money from my PayPal account even though it's supposed to be free until trial period is over!! I want out!! Also, when u do manage to play something it lags, something awful. This app is not good at all, sorry, but that's how I feel.

    This would be a great streaming service but for the placement of ads. It appears they deliberately miss position the ads to ruin the viewing experience. I think this is an attempt to drive me to purchase the ad free upgrade and get that extra $4. It seems so petty and will drive me to cancel my subscription soon.

    Horrible. Refused to download 2 episodes of a program but download the before and after. And now it will not play the downloaded. Keeps saying I need to be connected to internet. Worthless. DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRICK *UPDATE * called Costomer service. They could not help, I followed what they asked and now it will not even load without being on wifi. DELETE

    Subscribed to watch Picard. After about dozen tries, I can no longer download episodes of that series. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the application, cleared the cache, etc, and CBS All Access continues to malfunction. I've just updated this app and it has ceased to work at any level. I'm giving it one more go and then I'm giving up. Must be a way to give a zero rating. 2 weeks into CBS All Access (Commercial Free) I've only been able to successfully download 3.5 episodes.

    Ads stutter and don't load on the Vizio TV app, making you waste four minutes waiting for them to load, then finally back out and try to start the show again to get something to load, which leads right to the same commercial break again, causing an endless loop of waiting. Maybe just the Vizio app? Nope! Same thing for the Android app, as well. Cancelled.

    This app is the worst streaming app I have ever used. I can't even express in words how awful it is. If you download a show to watch without internet connection, you should be able to press play and it should play. This app however, no, you have to try over, and over again just to have the app crash constantly while trying to play the episode. Disney plus is so much better. I would be enraged if I didn't happen to have a free trial.

    The app always freezes. Multiple times per show. It's always loading - no internet connection - which contrary to my phone icons. I try to watch at least 6 shows but having to back out only to have it freeze again in the same spot. It is very inconvenient... I stream other apps like Hulu, Netflix and AMC with NO issues.

    This app is the worst. Crashes all the time, super ad heavy which I wouldn't mind if it didn't crash as soon as the ads stop. And it's not just the phone app same problem on fire stick and smart tv. Also your missing many seasons of your best shows how is that all access. Should be call "cbs some access... when it works"

    This app literally epitomizes dysfunctionality at its worst. Regardless of what device it is viewed on, it freezes incessantly every few minutes and eventually stops. Please don't respond to this review with your standard rebuttal advising customers to call customer service. I'm a developer. This is something that only your development team can fix. Word of advice - fire them. Everyone complaining of the same issue constitutes a conspicuous heads-up of your code being mediocre.

    this app crashes ALOT. It also doesnt play the downloads very well either. it stops midway through an episode. and when you call customer support they never follow through with anythging they say. . the only trouble shooting they say is to uninstall and reinstall the app. then they blame it on internet but other apps work just fine. ill bet after writing this reveiw they will say im sorry your expirenence was bad please call customer support with any questions but i obviously already did.

    App on the phone works decently, minor hiccups I'm the stream switching between ads and the content, but nothing that ruins the experience. Bezel size is an issue, large dead space on all sides of the viewing window, would like to make the video bigger. Biggest reason for the lost stars is because it is absolutely unwatchable on my Roku. Takes several minutes just to load the content options, and when it does it repeatedly crashes after playing the first ad. Fix this and I'll improve my rating

    As with everyone, this app use to work crashes and will not let me download any episodes. I have uninstalled, reinstalled etc and followed all suggestions yet still get the red exclamation point for downloads and they will not play. CBS DO NOT write some dumb responses to contact your support department... everyone has the same issue... just fix it

    You can't create your own favorites list. If you tap on a show to see what it's about it goes on your list & you cannot get rid of it, ever. I would like to choose my own favorites, please & thank you. Update: I still can't create my own favorites list!! So very annoying! Every time I want to watch a show I have to go thru everything on the app to find it. Please can I just create my own favorites list. You seem to be the only tv app that hasn't figured out how to do this.

    Terrible phone app. You need to uninstall and reinstall daily to be able to watch downloaded shows. Customer service contacted, they escalated issue over 2 weeks ago. Nothing happened, no resolution, still the most non functioning app ever. I'm on a trial subscription and canceled because the app just does not work.

    This app is disappointing. Why does the app still require an internet connection when I'm watching shows that i have downloaded to my phone? This is very frustrating especially when I'm in an area where there's a weak signal. I should be able to watch downloaded shows without internet!!!

    I am more likely to encourage people to use drugs than use this service. All platform apps: web browser, iOS app, Android App, Xbox App, PlayStation App, crash every 10-15min. As I write this my app wont even open. Under the "movie" list you will find 'no content to display' ungodly amount of commercials, "limited commercials"? more like "unlimited commercials". 40mintue run time from start to finish I counted 6 commercial breaks, 2-5 commercials per break.

    The app is fine. Can't really save favorites and it's bad about its organization. You start a series it should put you on episode 1 but for some reason they thought it a good idea to consider you caught up already. It's weird. Hard to navigate around, I suspect the reason segways to my next point. There's not much content that you couldn't get elsewhere. The original stuff is okay.

    I can't believe I pay for this App constant crashes , freezes, ads load fine, but the show freezes up even after the update.. if you wanna know about Chantix then this is the App for you... I just would like to watch past episodes of survivor.... fix your app.... it has issues on WIFI and cellular. ... Hulu , Pluto, ( which is free) all work fine no freezes ... maybe CBS can contact them to see why their apps work great!. Is there a zero stars option ...

    We are unable to play this video, please check your connection and try again error 6320. This is the message I get for 2 days now. My internet is fine, I also tried using my cellular data which is 5G and I still get the error. I also stream Disney Plus, Netflix, Youtube, Vudu, play online games on Xbox One X without any issues. Updated app, and still getting same error message. 4/20 update did not fix the issue.

    App is glitchy and wont keep track of episodes. I constantly have to search episodes so i can pick up where i left off which of course causes me to watch more of your anti-American ads. Please stop with the political garbage. Your programming is not special enough for me to keep my acct. and I really dont think I should be forcibly fed your political views. Give me an ad relevance button so I can skip that garbage.

    I love the content but the app needs work. The volume will often randomly change before going to commercials while casting to Chromecast, the video randomly shrunk to a quarter of the screen at the end of my episode causing me to miss the teaser, dumb little app issues that make it very annoying to use.

    Notifications. Well, I usually ignore the requests to rate, but since the only reason I opened the app was that I got an unwanted notification and wanted to change settings... and was greeted with an unwanted notification to rate. Going with a 2-star rating. Decent content. Wish they'd stop push notifications.

    I've had nothing but issues with this app. I have yet to be able to open a show on internet or mobile data without it saying I have no connection. Which it works on my laptop and everything else but my phone. App really sucks. Needs to be fixed immediately.

    No pic in pic feature. Whenever I tap out to reply a text, the show I watch jump either ahead or backwards randomly. Then it makes me watch ads again even if I already just watch 2 ads right before. Shows are ok. Not a must have. These 2 problems does it for me. I won't be renewing.

    I'm paying to watch commercials? I'm paying to watch big brother episodes from 10 years ago and I have to watch commercials too? Cost of my monthly subscription Rivals with that of Netflix which has zero commercials. It feels borderline ridiculous to pay a subscription fee and be forced to watch a maraud of cancer commercials over and over in addition. How much do you want your viewers to pay to view your content I think the price is a little too high

    Meh. Not worth the price at all. CBS responded asking me to call. What part of to expensive for a subscription don't they understand. And I doubt Gene Rodenberry would agree with charging so much for a subscription to view Star Trek as low income can't afford the subscription. Roddenberry was ahead of his time.

    The no ads version has ads. "select shows have promotional interruptions. " ie ads. Don't call it commercial free, call it commercial reduced, or commercial limited. "Free" means "not subject to or affected by (a specified thing, typically an undesirable one)."

    Actual portion of display used to stream content is significantly smaller than the full screen available. No setting to adjust. Also no easy way to navigate to other episodes without exiting play and finding the title in the list of all other titles. This app needs work.

    I would like it a lot more if it didn't keep buffering and freezing on both my tv and my cell phone. When I'm watching it on my TV it will stop and exit out of the app. It did it 4 times tonight in less than 1 hour. So I would you like to know what you going to do to fix it?

    No good way to leave feedback. No way to make your own view list. Last update doesnt even have "shows you watch" list anymore, just "keep watching". For the money I pay, you would think they would at least be as good as Netflix.

    It gets the job done, you can watch cbs shows. But for whatever reason they don't have a favorites or "add to home" feature, so every time I try to watch the late shows I have to search for it, feel like they do it so I have to look ar other titles.

    I had no real issues with the app, other than the fact that downloads were unable to play without first being connected to wifi, at least that's what happened when I tried to watch offline. Also the selection could be better,but it's not bad for CBS.

    It keeps loading an episode and jumping it immediately to the end! It's a pain to try to get to the episode list to restart it. I have to search for the series because just tapping on the tile from the home screen starts the episode at the end again.

    I had this app on my previous phone (lg stylo 4) and i loaded the app on my new lg harmony 3 and it will play for 17 seconds and then load untill it says to check my data connection and my data is on. I have deleted the app and then loaded the app back on my phone and it still done the same thing so i unistalled it and loaded the app back and no luck with it. I have even restared my phone and still no luck.

    What the hack?! I'm a recent subscriber and everytime I try to log in to the mobile app it gives me an error saying my email is invalid, but when I compare the login info to my account, which I'm able to log into on the Chrome app or desktop. It doesn't make any sense!

    Got to watch first season of interogation. Now open the app and it locks down my phone more than the stay at home stay healthy order. If i can figure out where and how to unsubscribe i will be doing that assp. Never ever had this type of issue before on any phone app before.

    App is terrible. It doesn't keep track of what episodes I've watched so it keeps autoloading the wrong episode. I have to watch a bunch of commercials before I discover I'm watching the wrong episode. It's also hard to control in my Android.

    I love CBS but I can't get it to play on any of my platforms without freezing or the app crashing. Ps it's not my wifi speed because everything else is fast including my husband's video games. I'm upset because I pay for the version with no commercials and I can't enjoy my shows

    By far, the worst app from one of the big networks. It keeps trying to load, and a 45 min show (without commercials) takes over an hour to watch. Such a colossal fail. And please don't tell me to call customer service - just fix your app!

    What good is a streaming service if you can't go back and watch a series from the beginning? Download this app as I was interested in a couple shows I had never seen but you can't watch from season 1. Other shows from CBS aren't on here at all. CBS...take a lesson from Netflix and Amazon Prime about how a streaming service should work because you have it ENTIRELY wrong.

    I have trouble watching anything on this app. It will play for 4 minutes and stop then I have to reboot. It always says the same thing you need an internet connection which I have. It takes me about 2 hours to watch a show. I'm getting tired of it.

    App is riddled with bugs and poorly planned out user experience which makes using the app extremely frustrating. Often the wrong episode plays or won't play. The sound syncing is poor and the Add volume is way to loud in comparison to the show you are watching.

    Trying CBS allaccess and it doesnt stream cleanly, I've tried casting to my tv and just on the phone, both have issues about every 1 way will I buy allaccess or a newer tv...i have a smart tv and a newer android, but the fact I cant watch it cleanly like I can YouTube is a waste of time

    I thought I could watch via unlimited data on my phone. I signed up and ready to watch and get told I have to have internet. They could tell you that before you go through the trouble. If you have to travel or be on the move, there isn't access to "all access"

    Great content...but it completely freezes my LG G5, as in i have to power it all the way down to exit the app. Runs fine on my super old and outdated Kindle. Not sure why it would crash on a phone with newer op systems and a lot more available memory.

    I just downloaded this app, the commercials are clear, but the shows are heavily pixelated. For now Ill give a 1, but if the problem is fixed in a timely manner, then Ill reevaluate my star rating. I have sent them feedback to their support.

    12-13 min of ads for 1hr 5 min of show (last 2 min after final ad being nothing) is pretty ridiculous. I know I'm doing the free shows and its got ads but that was a bit over the top. It'd be rated much higher if they weren't every 5 min or so and so long.

    SCAM!!! Free trial during lockdown but no way to cancel. Not enough to watch, but didn't know until I subscribed. Can not seem to cancel. CBS sends you to Google play and Google play doesn't have a spot to cancel even under the subscription it just has open. Forced to call, but no answer because of pandemic. JUST WANT TO CANCEL

    This App is terrible. It will not hold my place in an episode and it throws extra commercials in every chance it gets. Right after an episode ends the screen goes small and is almost impossible to get it to enlarge again. Pretty frustrating.

    A recent update removed the "shows you watch" tab. That was a HUGE mistake. It means that I have to search for the shows I want to watch every time I login. This is a big inconvenience. Please restore this feature ASAP.

    The only app I have problems with. Glitches All the time. Drops you in the middle of a show all the time. Not pleased. Netflix is fine ..Amazon Prime comes in fine. Hulu came in fine. Youtube comes in fine...BUT NOT CBS.

    App keeps freezing up on my smart TV where other streaming apps play fine. Show selection is weak, too. Fine if you only like newer CBS shows and a few originals just for the app, but their classic catalogue and movie selection leaves much to be desired.

    It's not back. It needs a little work on the app to goto next episode without blacking out and should also be able Minimize screen while its playing. Like Netflix. It is better than Netflix. It has great quality shows.

    I can't actually do anything. I signed up for the commercial-free version, but I can't use any of the features. Every time I try to sign in the app tells me my user name or password is incorrect. I have reset my password... no change. Now I'm locked out for too many attempts.

    I subscribed on my TV, but the app doesn't give you the ability to cancel the subscription or manage your account at all. I tried to unsubscribe from my phone, but it just tells me to use the device I originally used to subscribe.

    Ridiculous that videos can't be casted to nearby devices. As well as the fact that CBS, a free, over the air TV station, makes it damn near impossible to watch content unless you pay for All Access.

    As soon as my phone updated on April 20th, every show I watch has a black screen with nothing but the audio. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. My phone is having no troubleshooting issues showing up for this app.

    I see absolutely no reason to pay for what they stream. On top of that, they have made it impossible to easily cancel your subscription. I used google play and no where does cbs or google show up for being able to cancel. Deleted my cc info so I'm not billed again
