Manage your cases on the go with the Case Manager App - access client details, contacts, documents and costs wherever and whenever you need, all via your mobile device. Access your data quickly and securely via a four-digit pin number*
The App features make it possible for you to:
- Review case history and create new documents to record client progress
- Access contact phone numbers to make calls as required
- View the addresses of key contacts and receive directions
- Email key contacts with real-time updates, attaching relevant documents to efficiently share case information
- Send SMS to your Case Contacts within Case Manager
- Utilise templates to ensure communications match the business style and protocols
- Review client costs and spend to date to proactively manage case expenses
- Add a linked cost to a document
