Cardu : Loyalty and membership

Cardu is an app for loyalty and member cards.

Cardu will tell you what the membership or loyalty program is all about: what the benefits are, where to get them and what’s included in the membership.

Note: Cardu content is currently available only in Finland and nearby areas.

Wallet—Your loyalty and member cards
Wallet includes all loyalty and member cards saved to Cardu. You can easily find your membership card in the Wallet when you need it. It’s also possible to store your coupons and stamp cards in the wallet—this way, you will find them easily when you need them.

Services—from where can you get benefits?
Services will show the places near you where you can utilize the benefits in Cardu. You can either get the benefits with your member card or with cards that you can start using yourself.

Messages—what’s going on?
You may get messages related to the cards in your Wallet or their contents. You can check the latest updates from your messages.

As you receive a message, you can also receive a notification on your screen. If you wish, you can prohibit notifications for each card from the card information.

Member cards
The member cards in Cardu include information that should be available to the members easily and quickly. The member card may, for example, include instructions, news and information about events.

Member cards are generally delivered through the membership register. If you already have the Cardu app and an account, you get the card directly to your Wallet. Otherwise, you will receive an SMS or an email with a link to the app store. After you install and start the Cardu app, you will see the member card delivered to you. It’s important that you save the card to your Wallet, so that you can find it easier later and enjoy the benefits.

Loyalty cards
You can start using the loyalty cards in Cardu yourself. Cards are offered by, for example, car repair shops, pharmacies, hairdressers, barbers, beauty salons, stores, gyms and different restaurants. Even municipalities and other public institutions are included.

Benefits can include, for example, discounts, offers, coupons or stamp cards. By opening the card, you will see more specifically what benefits the card gives you. Cardu will also show you the places close-by where you can redeem the benefits.

Plastic cards to Cardu
If your pocket or bag is full of plastic cards, you can make space by storing their information to the corresponding cards in Cardu.
