App displays help desk toll free contact based on selected region and an international number (Tariffs will be charged for this number)
2. Schedule call back from IT support on your comfortable date and at your available time zone
3. Search nearby Capgemini sites for In-person assistance, View site information like address, contact number and directions from current location
4. Offline access in times when you are out of network coverage
Works on both iOS and Android devices. First time login requires internet data to sync the location and help desk number details. After first time internet login, app can be accessed in both offline and online mode. Also keep your latest contact number in Corporate directory for seamless access of Callback feature.
