The app is extremely easy to learn how to use. I have being using this app for around two weeks. It has been a really great experience, also the way how you communicate with teachers and turn in your assignments. It even gives you the opportunity to repeat your quizzes or multiple choice assignments, just to make sure that you really learned from every unit. It hasn't glitch the app till now, runs fast and great quality. 10 out of 10.

Logging in is unnecessarily complicated sometimes. The qr code thing never works unless you're supposed to just scan it for ten minutes which why, for some reason my school isnt in there so I cant find my school or district, and when I tried to use the network it kept saying my password was wrong but my password was definitely correct. I dont even remember how in the world I was able to get in yesterday aside from a lot of jumping from page to page on browser. Please, if you can, simplify this

last year, I used it nice and smooth. It functioned very well. But now, when I clear its cache and data, log in and all, then I quit the app, and reopen it, it started to crash. Like it's automatically quiting while loading. It's frustrating because our school will start next week and this app kept on doing this since last month.

I wish the to-do list section had a sort by category feature where I can only see the discussions, announcements, or asssignment. The assignments that have no due date do not show up on mobile to-do's. It also doesn't have the preview for every courses on dashboard where I can see if there is a new module or announcement thru the tiny icons. Yes, I can use the browser but for people like me who has a slow device, it is inconvenient. It does not cater to every device and disrupts our workflow.

I downloaded for my tablet, app works. Slow but works. I get it for my phone so excited to have access to Canvas that isn't on the mobile web and it won't find my school's login page on my phone. I'm very disappointed. EDIT: As requested I contacted them, and never received a response. App still will not load. It blank screens out everytime it has me select my university. Still disappointed and very frustrated! Went from 2 stars to 1. It's been MONTHS since this happened and no resolution.

"Favoriting" (i.e. editing dashboard) is broken. Old courses appear in editor as both starred and unstarred, and as both active and inactive (appearing twice in list). Can't remove tutoring services from appearing as "classes" on dashboard, creating a LOT of clutter that makes it hard and bothersome to find my classes. Clearing storage and reinstalling doesn't help. Additionally, instructors have some difficulty with removing old previous class assignments and discussions from current classes.

This app gives me direct access to my online experience to my University. All my school course content is easily accessible and easily available to complete assignments, download files and access links. It matches the same content as the desktop app experience.

As a highschool senior canvas sucks, its insanely difficult unlike google classroom. Im giving 3 stars because i know money and time when into the making and for me to say its bad doesnt really mean much. If canvas was more simple like GC it would make it 1000 times better. canvas just looks depressing

I downloaded this app in order to access my college courses on my phone. However, every time I rotate my screen, it automatically prompts me to sign in. Also, almost all of the documents and slides I need to access are incredibly glitchy. I tried looking at a PowerPoint slide, and it refused to open up full screen. Do not reccomend this app!

My daughter despises this app and i don't blame her. Reinventing systems that work better and are already out there (and selling it to schools) Clumsy, overly busy interface, awkward and unintuitive. NIGHTMARE Google classroom, 1000 times better.
