If it showed me how much ink I had left it would be very useful. On using the app I have to go through my router, check security, check filter list, in another browser place ip-address and find printer, once printer was found place ip-address into app and connection was made. I found I don't need the app to print from mobile, as the ip-address was all I needed to put in my pdf printer under manually add printer. Rate up if you found this helpful.

How hard/expensive can it be to give a simple cable (as a second option) to your customers. Already second wireless canon PIXMA i purchased doesn't work. Followed all the instructions. It just doesn't connect + the app is stuck on the first step. Useless.

Selected the drawer 1 as default but when printing from the phone, it still tries to print from multipurpose tray where one has to feed the individual paper. It completely defeats the mobile/ remote printing concept. The app is useless. I do not print a lot, otherwise have to get a different printer. Will never buy Canon printer again.

Terrible app. It worked fine and connected to my wireless printer. Then all of a sudden they wanted you to pay to use it? I may as well buy a seperate printer since I'll soon be going away to college.

What is it good for you can't print from it. I don't need the app on my home screen do I? I can't do anything with the app. I've been trying to print from my phone for hours can't get it to go they just can't talk to each other for some stupid reason, argh😑

works great with my phone but will not open on my chromebook. cant seem to find an app other than this one that works with my mg5400 series. would really love it if it could connect with my chromebook.
