Give this a try with your phone. I never got this to announce call on my phone. It looked like it had so much potential. A lot of options for voice, which was REALLY great. Accents, aliases for contacts, phonetic pronunciation... I do so wish this worked with me phone.

This is a great working app. I have used this for years in until droid 11, when goog decided stop allowing apps like this to work. I am hoping that this dev will update it. Its a hands free operation. It will wait for Yes command to answer and read sms. Happy to pay for it if... Pretty Please update...

I had a great app that quit working. After 4 failed apps this one works. Except that besides speaking the contact or number it makes an alert sound and sets an icon. Both the sound and the icon are the same ss my security camera and I cant turn it off. So...you SUCK!

I switched from an LG phone to the Galaxy by Samsung and lost the built-in ability for talker ID. My nephew found this app for me and it was simple to install, however I don't find it as user-friendly as I would like it to be. It seems to work at times and at other times it does not and I have to go back into the settings and check them all. It appears there are still some bugs in this system. I will have to go back to the settings again and try to make sure that I have checked the appropriate boxes so that I get more consistent usage.

Have used it for a few years. Slowly over time as Android gets updated through 8 to 9, to 10, the voice functions have stopped working. The developer no longer replies to email and looks like they haven't updated the app from around the middle of 2018. I suspect they are dead or no longer interested due to not having the technical capability to overcome the problems. Have tried on three different Android phones and they all have similar problems with this app. Not recommended until the problems are sorted out.

Recent update removed SMS functionality but NOT developers fault - Google forced it on him. However, if you email the developer and ask for the previous version he will send it to you (like he did me). This is how to get the SMS bit working again. Full marks to the Dev for this. By the way, I've been using it for a couple of years now and it's a great, reliable App for reading stuff out like who a text/phone call is from.

No longer works. I own an LG G7 thinQ on android 9, and since the last update, this has simply stopped working altogether. The only function I used was the name announcer for incoming call, and for me it worked perfect since day one, but sadly since the last update it is pointless me having it, so I have unfortunately had to uninstall and try to find a alternative.

It's the second app that I used, but everyone keeps taking the features away. Some of us actually need our phones to read things aloud. Now you've made the app useless to me. I do need an app that actually reads the phone numbers and doesn't say it in millions or something and I needed it to read my texts.

I have searched all call announcer in play store but I couldn't get much better than this app. But, Sir I'm little upset, I tried all device button to stop continuing announcing voice. By shaking device to stop announcing is not so possible at anytime. Is there any solution sir?. Thank u sir....
