Within Caliber is a team of dedicated professionals that have expertise across multiple sectors including residential, care and retirement developments, student accommodation, affordable housing, strategic land, mixed-use sites and new homes sales.

Caliber provides the complete service from finding development land, obtaining the planning permission, assisting with arranging development or bridging finance, assisting with the building of the site and the sale of the new homes – and we cover the majority of mainland England.

Caliber also partners with local and national estate agencies, which means that we can offer their clients specialist services that were previously outside of the agent’s expertise, whilst giving us a national network of development opportunities and a large database of purchasers.

We also have the funding and expertise to work alongside land owners to maximize the value of their land, working with them on joint ventures and promotion agreements on sites from small bespoke housing developments through to the creation of new villages and business parks.
