The application is a personal utility and its sole purpose is to assist users with the calculation of Value Added Tax (VAT).
SOURCE OF INFORMATION:
The application calculates values based on the current VAT rate in Chile (19%), which is in the public domain. This information can be consulted through official sources such as the Chilean Internal Revenue Service (SII) website.
The application does not connect to any government service to obtain this value in real time, and the user should be aware of possible future changes to this rate and can manually change it in the application.
APPLICATION DESCRIPTION
Enter a value: base amount, VAT, or the total amount.
The following will be displayed INSTANTLY:
-> BASE AMOUNT, in numbers without decimals.
-> VAT, in numbers without decimals.
-> TOTAL AMOUNT, in numbers without decimals.
For multiple products:
Enter the quantity and unit (or total) price for up to 10 products. The following will be displayed instantly:
-> Unit prices with or without VAT.
-> The total price of each product.
-> The sum of partial prices in the Total (with VAT) or Subtotal (without VAT).
The VAT percentage can be changed manually.
