“WEATHER IN A POCKET” is a Belhydromet mobile app for Android 4.1 and higher with a screen resolution of 854x480.

“WEATHER IN A POCKET” provides the user with information about the actual weather, hydrological, agrometeorological and radiation-ecological situation in the populated areas of the Republic of Belarus. This information is the result of automated processing of measurement data at the points of the Belgidromet state observation network.
Storm warnings by Belhydromet weather forecasters are formed in advance, and warnings of dangerous and adverse meteorological phenomena are produced as they occur.
Predictive meteorological data are calculated automatically without control and adjustment using numerical GFS and WRF weather models. Calculations on the numerical model of WRF are made on the computing power of Belhydromet.
A generally accepted service is provided: selecting a settlement and viewing data for it; profile with a set of data oriented to a specific user - summer resident, fisherman, nature lover.
