The Business Online App is the perfect companion to our online banking platform Business Online.
With the Business Online App, you can get instant access to your account balances, approve, authorise and audit payments on the go.
Use the Business Online mobile app to easily
> Audit and Authorise beneficiaries
> Access your account balances and statements
> Reset your password
> View and action payment, collection and transfer batches
> View audit logs
Getting started
Download and Install the Business Online mobile app and sign in with your Business Online credentials and token. You will have the same Access Rights and Permissions on this app that you have on Business Online. There are no data charges to use it.
WHAT'S NEW
We have heard the feedback from our customers and have taken the steps to introduce a digital sign-in solution, using Strong Authentication, that digitally confirms your identity when you transact with us on your smartphone or on the web. You will be able to access the available Business Online channels by signing in using the following:
• Face ID
• Finger Print
• User selected app code
Should you have any further questions about Strong Authentication or require any assistance setting up the app, contact your Standard Bank representative or visit the Business Online website.
