This app is pretty unhelpful. It doesn't show you wait times or closures for rides, which most other amusement park apps would show. Also, the map isn't useful at all; you still have to do a fair bit of wandering to find any "points of interest". Navigating through the app isnt easy at all, you have to do a lot of scrolling to find what you are looking for. Overall, not worth downloading unless you are interested in saving your tickets in the app or looking up show times.

I appreciate that they are actually making an effort with the app now instead of it being a glorified shortcut to their website, but it's still very buggy for the time being. There's no way to see the wait times for all the rides on one single page like you used to, so that's definitely a downside as well. I'm also hoping they add PhotoKey to the app at some point, since that app has not worked for me or my family for 9+ months at this point.

Worst app ever Unlike Cedar Point at. This Bush Gardens App is the worst. The direction feature doesn't work. The map has so many icons you can't figure anything out. And no you are here to help you out. Cedarpoint you get the wait time on Rollercoasters. And wheather or not if it's closed. Which was another issue on our visit. 2 Rollercoasters where closed. And after the long hike to them it would have been nice to know. Horrible

I had purchased a ticket back in September, but when I logged in on the app it wasn't there, and now I have to wait for an additional hour just to get my ticket, followed by another 30 minutes at least just to get into the park with a ticket I already paid almost $160 for

No restroom locations listed no exit directions from any part of the park. No ride or restaurant closures. Very limited. Shows shops restaurants were good for finding on the ap. Sometimes the green marker where you are is difficult to see if you are on a smaller cell phone.

I LOVE the live map! However it is very basic. Several times we had to wander to try to find a bathroom. They are not on the map. It only has 3 basic items on the map, rides, animals and shows. It does not show anything else.

They actually listened to the complaints about the app and updated it! It used to be entirely website based, now its its own actual app that's smooth and much more functional.
