Almost 4 out of 10 Burgernet actions are solved thanks to tips from participants. The more people participate, the greater the chance that something or someone will be found.
How Burgernet works
Burgernet is used in cases such as theft or burglary, driving on after a collision, robbery, and missing persons. You will receive an action message via the Burgernet app when something like this happens in your area. Seen something? Then you can contact the police directly via the app.
Amber Alert
You will also receive AMBER Alerts via the Burgernet app when a missing child is in mortal danger. You can recognize an AMBER Alert by the orange color and the title AMBER Alert.
About the app
