Bug Jockey is a personal issue tracker for software development projects as well other projects and to do lists.
There is only a single user: you. However an unlimited amout of contacts can be used to connect issues with different people.
Features:
- All data is saved on the phone.
- No online account required.
- Works without internet connection.
- Contains small web server so that all issues can be viewed and modified over a browser interface via the local WIFI.
- all data is stored locally, but can also be backuped to the cloud via other apps.
- infinite number of different projects
- priorities, states, attachments, reporters
- generate mail texts
- SQL like language for queries
- infinite number of comments and attachments for each issue
Payment model: you pay for the app (a very low price) as long as you use it. This is done via a subscription in the Google Play store.
