This app works very very well for me on my Samsung Galaxy S21 it does exactly what it says it will do, why the 1 star? Well, another member of the household who uses a Galaxy S9 is not so happy! The app is installed on their S9 but is useless! During the set up process the log in the details are accepted & the next screen appears. That screen is the 'Welcome to BT' screen which appears to be stuck! At the bottom of that screen is a check box which we cant get to as the screen will not scroll. very frustrating!!!!

Fantastic app, but a bit buggy. Sometimes, it wants to connect and sign in to a BT hotspot perfectly time, but other times, especially for never-connected hotspots, it connects to them, but never signs me in. Very annoying. Clicking the refresh button hardly works, especially when I'm trying to get the app to sign in for me. Other than those bugs, works perfectly fine and is a very efficient way to quick-connect to BT hotspots.

In a word, useless. It's hard to believe something so bad is still available. It doesn't do what it's designed for and worst of all, it has a habit of turning off your wi-fi setting so you can easily consume loads of your mobile data, even at home. It doesn't automatically connect as described. Keeps dropping the wi-fi regardless of strength. Often doesn't find the connection even when you know it's there. It genuinely makes things harder. Can't wait for my contact to be up and go back to Virgin

This app worked perfectly on my Sony XZ2 for years and previous Sony models. Since changing to my Sony 5 III this app has failed miserably. When I try to log in I'm either told to create a BT Id or an unexpected error has occurred. Given up on it now and deleted.

I don't even know why I still have this installed. It is useless. Back in the days when I had a Galaxy Ace it would automatically connect if it picked up a WiFi spot. Then I got a Galaxy S6 and it wouldn't do it automatically anymore but sometimes would if I opened the app and clicked to connect. Now I have a Galaxy S10 and the app doesn't work at all. BT logo comes up then it all disappears. You expect things to get better with time, not worse.

Absolute rubbish. Installed because my data was used up (don't know how because I have a BT Hub and my phone is always open for WiFi). Opened this app - says checking network conditions even though my hub is in the next room - nothing happens. Bought another 1G of data so I wouldn't incur massive charges, now that's used up even though I'm meant to be connected to WiFi. Had to re-enable mobile data to send this message! One shop listed (as a "WiFi hotspot") has been closed for 2 years! 😡

This app causes more problems than it solves. I'd rather burn my mobile data than countenance using it. I only use it when I have to and then it infects my phone so like a virus forever and stops proper WiFi connections from working - proper BT ones that is. It's genuinely shocking that BT put their brand name to it. It really is that bad.

Litterally terrible, will disconnect you constantly then pop up saying maximum number of sessions reached. Even though it's advertised as unlimited. When it does work it's so slow you can't even stream multimedia waste of time. And every time you reconnect it makes you use your username and password every time.

Rubbish not been able to use BT WiFi at all. Doesn't connect or won't log in . Wouldn't have a bill for £100+ for extra data charges used out side of my monthly contract plan .

Absolute garbage. Keeps signing me out constantly as I'm trying to use it. Doubly frustrating as I'm only using this because garbage BT broadband isn't working at the moment
